apart from the broken elevator, everything was super nice!

Pros: The location was perfect; it's so close to the beach and also to restaurants and supermarkets. It was super easy to eat out or to shop and cook at home

Cons: The elevator was not working during our stay. one of my family members has a bad knee, and it was difficult for her to climb up the stairs

Perfect stay in beautiful city.

Pros: Great location opposite lifeguard supervised beach. Easy access on tram to Nice centre and airport from stop behind apartment. Also walkable distance in to Nice centre and port area.

Pros: Its all about the location and this is perfect if you are looking to spend your time on the beach. Finding a place to park is hard over there, but I managed. I feel that I got value for money. Nice is an expensive place. It was +32 but the apartment had 3 x AC's thats big plus.

Pros: The view is magnific, easy self checking, good location with direct tram access to city center and also to airport.

Cons: Some furniture it's a little outdated, damaged and should be renewed.

Fantastic location, clean & very spacious! Everything you need for a long weekend!

Pros: Excellent location across from beach. Tram directly behind building which was extremely convenient! Shops & bakery within 5 minutes walk for grocery items. Excellent communication from owner who was also very helpful.

Cons: Only one toilet with slow flush a bit tricky for 5 guests. Also balcony doors do not open fully in lounge area (latch on one door appears to be broken, so easily fixed) so we could not all sit around balcony together which was disappointing!
