Pros: A very bright and cozy apartment. There’s a balcony for smokers, which is a big plus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The windows have shutters, so it’s quiet inside with no street noise, and there’s an elevator in the building. The apartment is conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to get to the city center. There’s a shop just downstairs that sells beach essentials and delicious pastries. A supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. The host, Thomas, is always available and helpful if you have any questions. Check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Spędziliśmy bardzo miły czas. Obiekt spełnił oczekiwania - zgodnie z opisem - nic nas nie zaskoczyło

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra: blisko plaży, widok na morze, w pobliżu sklepy spożywcze, kawiarnie, restauracje, blisko do centrum, przystanek tramwajowy pod budynkiem. Okolica przyjazna. Łatwy dojazd na lotnisko. Rewelacyjny gospodarz, zawsze szybko odpowiada i troszczy się o swoich gości!

Nettes Apartment in toller Lage!

Pros: Netter, lustiger Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die einen schnell in die Stadt, aber v.a. auch zu einem Bahnhof bringt, wenn man die Küste nach Westen oder bspw. nach Monaco reisen möchte. Tolle Aussicht! Aufs Meer sowie teilweise auf die Stadt im Hintergrund. Es gibt Rollladen! Bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr leise. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Sehr ruhiges und sicheres Haus man kommt nur mit einem Code bzw. Schlüssel überhaupt in den Komplex/Fahrstuhl rein.

Cons: Es ist alles etwas klein. Das ganze Apartment (bietet nur eine Schlafcouch), der Fernseher, der Balkon... Die Aussicht/Meerblick ist zwar toll, aber auch durch das ein oder andere Gebäude etwas verbaut. Ist aber insgesamt deutlich besser als ich von den Fotos her erwartet hatte. Zudem liegt man nicht besonders zentral, sondern eher direkt am Anfang der Promenade. Das sind aber alles keine wirklichen Kritikpunkte, das war von vornherein klar...

Pros: Appartement très propre , serviette à disposition échantillon de gel douche, draps propre au top !ascenseur à disposition ce qui est franchement cool . Merci à Thomas qui est un hôte à l’écoute et répond très rapidement, très confortable pour 2 personnes et petite terrasse à disposition pour les fumeurs ceux qui est génial !!! Merci encore Thomas!!
