Pros: The apartment was excellent, especially in its location and access to public transport: the tram stop is right in front of the building. The apartment itself had everything that we needed and even a few things that we didn’t know that we’d need, like shade, a beach chair, and even beach shoes that make visiting the rocky beach (100 m away) much more comfortable! Furthermore, our lovely host went above and beyond in accommodating our early arrival and we could not only leave our luggage and go explore Nice, but fully check-in. During our stay he sent us tips for places to visit and restaurants to dine in. Overall we would stay here again, if we came to Nice once more.

Pros: All amazing 20 point from 10:))) not possible better, we have amazing Home in Nice, host it's very nice, we have reservation from 14.00, but we move in to apartment ať 9 morning he wait for us, this place very nice near to the Beach, accept for Beach you have inside apartment Coffee also. Really can not be better THANK YOU

Good location, very nice view on the ocean
Pros: The appartment is near city of Nizza and not far away from the airport. Near Boulevard des Anglais, tram and bus nearby. For going to other cities we took the train stations nearby, e.g. Grand Arénas or Park Phoenix for bus. Appartment has extra bath and WC and one extra sleeping room. Supermarket Spar and bakery nearby!
Cons: I slept on the sofa in living room, the only plug is too far from the bed. In principle the appartment was clean but some minor things like plugs and some of the dishes were dusty or dirty. We had really to search for some items like dish towels. In my opinion the kitchen is only for smaller cooking but most of guests will eat outside in France anyway

Pros: What truly made it unforgettable was waking up to breathtaking sunrises every morning—the view was simply stunning. The peaceful start to each day, with such a beautiful backdrop, was a highlight of our trip. Amazing view of the bay of the Angels.
Cons: There wasn't really anything.

Cons: La qualité de l’emplacement nous fera oublier les pietres appareils de cuisine mis à disposition. En clair un petit coup de propre, le changement du coin cuisine tres désuet et ce sera plus que top

Tökéletes szállás Nizza és környékének meglátogatásához
Pros: Nagyon szép a kilátás a teraszról. Látszik a teljes sétány, tökéletes helyszín az esti beszélgetésekhez egy üveg bor mellett. A szállás rendezett, biztonságos és nagyon jó helyszínen van.
Cons: Igazából rendben volt minden, talán a konyha felszereltségén lehetne javítani. Egy éles kés nem ártana.

Amplasament excelent
Pros: Proprietar extrem de amabil, locație excelenta exact lângă stația de tramvai, cu acces rapid oriunde (aeroport, gara, centru), priveliște superba la mare si la promenada, parcare privata gratuita si sigura
Cons: Ar fi câteva mici detalii, dar merita ignorate pt câteva zile de vacanta si mai ales având in vedere amabilitatea gazdei

Perfekte Wohnung, schön, komfortabel, zentral, einfach toll
Pros: Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt. Der Ausblick zum Meer ist superschön, es war ruhig (ich habe nichts von anderen Mietern gehört und die Fenster sind gut isoliert), die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut sehr leise. Alles hat funktioniert (Badewanne, Küche, elektrische Fensterläden...). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sicher (ich war als Frau alleine unterwegs). Sie ist schöner und größer als der Eindruck auf den Bildern, modern, bequem. Ich habe mich total wohlgefühlt und empfehle die Wohnung auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich werde sie wieder buchen. Im Haus leben auch Einheimische, war sehr nett. Der Eigentümer hatte viel Geduld (musste auf mich warten, weil mein Flug Verspätung hatte), zukommender schneller Kontakt)
Cons: Wirklich Nichts! Ich schreibe immer, was mir nicht gefallen hat, hier war alles sehr gut.
