Perfect!

Pros: If i was selfish i would keep this place as a personal secret hideout, so I shouldn’t write this…but I’d feel guilty if i didn’t! The manager is simply perfect. Great communication. Nicely located directly upstairs from the tram. The apartment is super functional comfortable and clean. And all that for probably the best price in Nice.

Amazing host, very good location!

Pros: The host is very friendly, even though my bus arrived late to Nice, he still met me below the apartment and gave me the keys. The room is very well organized, has a very small balcony but good to dry your clothes and towels. The building is directly above the Tram Line (Carras) and very easy to go into town or outside of Nice - very easy to come and go back to the airport as well. The host also took my care of luggage after my check out - he was very smooth and friendly.

Cons: Could have been cleaner, and sometimes the Tram when it beeps it might wake you up but not a major issue at all.

Pros: Very good location (halfway from airport to city center). Communication and receiving the keys was very easy.

Pros: Very good location, 50 meters to the metro and close to the beach. The room had a small kitchen and a balcony. Perfect stay and I got a good price as I booked in the last minute during low season.

Cons: Not so much accessories in the kitchen, but no real problem as I was traveling alone.

Pros: Easy to go to Nice centre from here. The owner was nice and it was easy to agree on a time for receiving the appartement key. Bonus points for the catalogue of things to do in Nice.

Cons: Traffic can be a bit loud but I was able to sleep despite this.

very nice stay in Nice

Pros: Basic accomodation with everything i needed for my 2 night stay in Nice. The location is very practical as it's just off the tram stop and a few mins walk from the sea. The host was very kind and reactive and showed up in the middle of the night with no problems when i had a problem to enter the building.

Very good short stay

Pros: The host was extremely flexible with the check-in time and accommodated our remote working needs. The apartment is conveniently located right in front of a tram station, right next to a Carrefour supermarket and a nice patisserie.

Cons: For those who are light sleepers, there's a tiny bit of noise from the tram moving around. But apart from that, in general the apartment is very quiet and one can get good rest.
