Sea Front View - FRONT DE MER ET VUE PANORAMIQUE

Pros: The place is secluded. From there, it took me an hour to walk to the center. We really enjoyed the good weather and the movement of the sea waves. Also the cycling spot is nearby. It’s convenient to get around by bike. Everything else was good. I booked it because of the balcony view.

Cons: The view from the balcony is amazing. I just wanted to admire. it’s just a pity it’s not comfortable for sitting for long… and For sleeping… Pillows! Please! Pillows! And a proper hand towel for washing hands.

Spacious apartment with great location and balcony view, but needs better maintenance

Pros: I hope my review will be useful for travelers and help the owners improve the apartment even more. The location is very convenient and comfortable. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, except for a microwave. The balcony faces the Promenade des Anglais and offers a stunning view of the sea, beach, palm trees, and the entire promenade. To reach the beach, you simply cross the street. Despite being close to the airport, traffic and airplane noise was not disturbing at night with the windows closed. Public transport connections are excellent, with bus and tram stops on both sides of the building. Nearby there is everything you need – a grocery mini-market, shops with tourist and household goods, bakery, fast food, cafés, and restaurants along the promenade. During our stay, the elevator was working.

Cons: On the day of arrival we noticed a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. I immediately informed the landlord, and he reacted very quickly by sending a plumber who repaired it without leaving any mess. This created some temporary inconvenience, but the fast response was a big plus. However, the washing machine was out of order during our entire stay. From previous guest reviews, this problem has existed for some time. We were offered to use a laundromat just across the street, which was helpful but less convenient. A microwave oven was also missing, although it was listed in the booking description. Toiletries were not provided (also listed in the description), apart from some leftover shower gel and liquid soap, most likely from previous guests. The living room corner sofa requires cleaning between seams where there is a lot of dirt and crumbs, and overall the sofa needs dry cleaning due to stains. The vacuum cleaner container was completely full, and as a result it had almost no suction. White bath towels shed lint on everything, including skin and face. The internet was very weak, with frequent disconnections. The shower drain needed regular cleaning because water drained poorly, and there was a persistent damp smell that sometimes aired out. I suspect the occasional sewage odor is not unique to this apartment but typical for the coastal/mountain area. Everyone has different expectations of cleanliness, but in my opinion, the apartment could be cleaner. It is spacious, has an excellent location and amazing views, but it definitely needs more attention from the owners/landlord. Despite these issues, they did not spoil our vacation – we enjoyed our stay in Nice very much. My rating: Good.

Apartment in Nice

Pros: The apartment is great, the location is wonderful! It is close to the airport, while the city can be reached on foot, but if you are tired, you can also take the bus or tram that stops in front of the building.

Cons: It might be a bit noisy because the building is on a busy boulevard, but we didn't mind.

Pros: It is a great apt, in the middle of the trip from airport to the old city, so you can walk from airport and also to the old city. The ealk is pleasant as it goes along the coastline.There is all you need to cook, pots and pans, plates and cups.There is also heating, if you come when its cold.

Pros: The location is fabulous, worth any penny. The stay was comfortable and was very accessible. The view from the apartment is exceptional.

Cons: If you use more than 2 heavy appliances the electricity switch goes off but otherwise everything was great.
