A fantastic apartment in a prime location

Pros: The owner was fantastic with communication when it was our time to stay. They promptly responded to messages and were quick to help when we needed it. The apartment is in a fantastic location. There’s heaps of restaurants and shops right out the front. The apartment is quiet and clean, looks just like the photos, which we were impressed with. The apartment is also secure, which was comforting. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Check in was easy to understand and flexible. We enjoyed being so close to so many things, especially being so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time.

Cons: The hot water system was a tad small, which meant that the 4 of us couldn’t have consecutive showers in the morning but that’s not a big negative. It was easy to manage and rearrange showering time. Just something to note.

Pros: Great new apartment with super facilities and very nice lighting. The location was great! Close to the beach, shopping, groceries and restaurants.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Comfortable, light and roomy. The apartment was in a great location, quiet, but a stones throw from restaurants and shops. Communication, help and advice from Jade throughout was excellent.

A place to come back

Pros: A nice place to stay in center of the city. Close to everything, pedestrian street with restaurants just around the corner, shopping street is at 5 min walk, and the beach is at 4 min walk. Host was very responsive and welcoming.

Cons: more towels and cleaning are needed, the apartment is not very clean, the floor is very dirty and the towels are old

Pros: Très bien situé. Exactement comme sur les photos. Tout est neuf. Appartement bien éclairé. Aucun bruit.

Pros: Très beau logement bien situé le couchage très confortable petite terrasse très sympa pas de bruits de rue .

Cons: Manque de verres, grille pain,cloche micro onde et casseroles.

A comfortable apartment in a great location

Pros: Modern spatial apartment, good for a family of 4 or two people. Great location and quiet as it is located at the top floor and is facing the back of the building. There is one bedroom and one sofa sleeper bed so it can be private if needed. A comfortable outdoor balcony facing the back for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. Access to the building is through a gate with a code, and there is an elevator which is basically always stops at the 1st floor and not the ground level one.

Cons: We spent there 7 nights, so it was enough time for us to experience the full facility both during the week and the weekend. Communication is all done via email and there is absolutely no human interaction which is very strange for a city like Nice whose people are incredibly hospitable and kind. The host who dealt with our stay who preferred to remain anonymous and not reveal her name, was responding to all of our questions but she will not badge or try to accommodate any further. For example, for 2 people staying there for 7 nights, it was given to us only one pair of a shower and face towel. When we asked for an additional one or a towel for the beach, her response was simply silent...! Check in is between 4:00-11:00 pm and there is absolutely no one to greed you at the door and show you around. I have been staying to many apartments through my travels and in many countries, and this is the first time I deal with this. Since our flight arrived early in the morning we asked if there was a possibility for an early check in, but the answer was simply no, despite the fact that we witnessed the same apartment quests departing the apartment at 10:00 am. When we asked if there was a place to leave our luggage while the apartment was getting ready, we were offered a very not so secure place behind the front entry counter, something we did not feel comfortable doing, so we ended going to a storage facility and paid a fee since we did not feel comfortable to leave our luggage exposed and unattended. And even when a very kind neighbor across the street in a shop volunteered to call the hostess and speak to her in French after 5 hours of walking and wondering in the city, her response to her was not of a great impression. We understand the rules of checking in and out but the fact that there is absolutely no human interaction, it does not make the overall experience memorable given that the facility and location of the apartment is good.

Pros: Perfekt läge mitt i staden men ändå tyst o lugnt vid och i lägenheten.

Pros: Мястото е много добро, апартамента е нов, след скорошен ремонт, чисто и добре поддържано, тихо място в близост до улицата с ресторанти и заведения. Локацията е близо до старият град и забележителности в Ница. Малко отдалечено е от централната гара, но това не е проблем, ако нямате големи куфари, а и няма как да бъде близко до гарата, защото тя е далеч от старият град, от крайбрежната алея и от центъра на града.

Cons: Можеше да дадем оценка 10, което щеше да бъде напълно заслужено, но дадохме 8 защото това е първият апартамент, който наемаме и не успяхме да се свържем със домакините. На телефона не ни вдигнаха нито един път, когато сме им звъняли и не връщат обаждане по-късно! На съобщенията отговарят твърде бавно, понякога неточно , имаш усещането че говориш с робот от изкуствен интелект. Ние се интересувахме имат ли помещение за багаж, защото полета ни пристигна в 7.30 сутринта, звъняхме по телефона - не отговаря, писахме им - нямат помещение за багажа и се наложи да го носим със себе си цял ден, а отговор на запитването получихме на следващият ден.... По време на престоя се наложи да им звъним защото вратата на душ кабината се движи трудно, ролките излизат от релсите и детето ни не може да я придвижва, също така ни свърши тоалетната хартия. Звъняхме в посоченият от тях времеви интервал, но никой не вдигна, никой не върна обаждане и никой не ни написа съобщение да попита защо ги търсим. Вследствие на което ние сами оправихме вратата и си закупихме тоалетни консумативи от супермаркета. Знаем, че в Западна Европа всички искат да комуникират с теб он лайн и с AI и комуникацията е студена, но нека ви припомня, че когато туристите от Западна Европа дойдат на Изток, те винаги са обгриждани добре от реални хора и хранени обилно. Ние също бихме желали да получим едно добро и топло отношение от своите домакини! Има голяма и хубава тераса, но за съжаление тя е непочистена, занемарена и не приятна за използване, защото ако излезеш навън да си пиеш кафето, ще трябва да си обуеш мръсни обувки или да внесеш боклука и прахта в чистият апартамент и в спалнята си! Бих ползвал отново това място за настаняване и бих препоръчал на приятелите си. Надявам се домакините да отстранят и тези неголеми забележки, за да могат залужено да получават оценките 10!
