Pros: Exellent emplacement, à 5min à pieds de tt commodités, restaurant, boulangerie,tramway en bas de l'appartement. Place massena à 5min,vieux Nice juste derrière l'appartement. Hôte super disponible. L'appartement est super calme grâce à sa situation, fenêtre donnant sur cours intérieures. Séjour très agréable.merci.

Warm, feel-good and value for money stay with a helpful host!

Pros: - Well spaced and airy - Nicely done up and furnished - All essentials were present - Nice and clean washrooms - Good vibe - ***Helpful host (very very helpful and organised, we got into an emergency medical situation and he was very quick to respond and help) Bonus: A glittering rosé wine on the table when we checked in. Thank you!

Cons: The entry was not that well lit up About the below points, the owner couldn’t really do anything but still would like to inform fellow travellers: - 2nd floor property, no elevators (but this is the case in almost all properties!) - The nearby parking is Parking des Arts, but due to some renovation they have closed almost half the parking slots. But I managed to get parking all the time except for once. There are other options as well.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Je trouve que l'appartement corresponder à mes attentes et l'emplacement est super. Je suis très content de mon séjour passer avec ma famille.

Cons: Les seuls petits soucis sont les tiroirs du congélateur qui ne s'ouvrent pas, le rideau de douche qui n'est pas très pratique pour éviter de mouillé le sol et la télé un peu compliqué à utiliser

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt, am Rande der Altstadt, nahe Place Garibaldi, überall schnell hingekommen, auch zum Strand aber nicht ganz so viel Trubel.

Cons: Küchenutensilien waren überschaubar, nur ein kleines Küchenmesser, keine Schneidbretter, der Gefrierschrank war leider völlig vereist, keine der Laden ließ sich öffnen.
