Pros: The hostess was very warm and welcoming, she explained everything about the apartment clearly, also stayed in contact. She also kept some titbits for us to eat. The location is exceptional and the apartment was aesthetically decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Wifi worked perfectly. Will recommend everyone.

Very good in fab location

Pros: Great location with amazing views. Near to good supermarkets and tram and bus stops. Would recommend. Also bedrooms at back of property so very quiet. Good air-conditioning too.

Cons: Shower/bathroom could be better Host wasn't expecting us on day of arrival but got to us in about an hr to let us in. Information on local amenities ie how to get a tram ticket etc would be useful and what to do with rubbish/recycling etc.

Nice is a cool place to check out especially when the accommodations agree with your expectations.

Pros: The location and view. Linda our host and point of contact, is also very friendly, we will surely give her a ring for booking again!

Cons: Good question. All in all it was a refreshing get away.

Geräumiges Appartement in großartiger Lage und Aussicht

Pros: Check-in war perfekt. Wir wurden im Appartement zur Schlüsselübergabe geduldig - trotz Flugverspätung - empfangen. Die Lage großartig: wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem 7. Stock, Bäckerei, Carrefour Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bus 12+ und Tram L2 und L3.alles in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Großartige Ausstattung des sehr geräumigen, ruhigen Appartements: Küchenutensilien, Stauraum, Sitzgelegenheiten, gemütliche Betten, viele schöne Fotos der Region. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Check-out war problemlos und sehr großzügig durften wir das Appartement über die normale Check-out Zeit hinaus nutzen da unser Rückflug sich verschoben hatte.

Pros: What was there to NOT like about the property? Free wide open parking, right on the beach, views from both sides of the apartment, and accommodations of a beautiful kitchen, living room and patio; from and back! Loved it!! And Linda met us there to tell us everything about what to do and how to do it. Very good communications and very professional!!
