Pros: Location is perfect! everything is very close. nice old town vibe.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect to walkable reach everything you need (restaurants area, trams,s.o)

Cons: The smell of mold (coming most probably from the uncleaned filters of the the air conditioner), the shower cabin (which leaks and causes flooding in the bathroom). We assumed the narrow stairs and maybe some noise related to the fact that the building is old as they all are in vieux-nice (which is quite understandable)

Enjoyable and atmospheric.

Pros: Lovely location heart of old town. Comfortable and light and airy. Beds comfy and kitchen had all we needed. Great views and a pleasant ambience and air con was useful and needed!

Cons: The second bedroom was just a thin voile curtain pulled across the room.. it was see through so we had to leave the living room each tjme our daughter got dressed ... it also meant she could hear us in the living room. Suggest a proper screen or temporary door/ wall.

Great little place to stay in Vieux Nice.

Pros: Central location. Well equipped and thought out space. The concierge. Easy walking distance to the sea, flower market, tram no. 1/2. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby.

Cons: Didn’t realise it’s 5 floors up. Bring a 300 year old building in a conservation area, it didn’t have a lift. Once there, it didn’t seem to matter.

Pros: Super dejlig beliggenhed i Vieux-Nice. Lille og hyggelig lejlighed

Cons: Billederne lover mere end virkeligheden. Der er lidt snusket. Gammel sofa mv Overleveringen gik utroligt hurtigt så vi bl.a. ikke helt fangede hvordan låsen virkede.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, w samym sercu starówki, blisko również do plaży. Kontakt z osobą wynajmującą bezproblemowy. Apartament znajduje się na 3-4 piętrze bez windy- dla niektórych może to być problem.

Excellent emplacement ! On recommande

Pros: Excellent emplacement au coeur du vieux Nice (transports en commun/direct en tram de la gare/commerces/marchés/proche de la promenade des Anglais) Appartement très agreable propre. Lumineux. Bonne literie. Balcon. Thomas et Nicolas très sympathiques ont été très réactifs. Nous recommandons chaudement! Il faut juste savoir qu'il y a 3 étages sans ascenseur.
