Pros: The property it was clean ,wonderful location All the room a big size and comfort air conditioning in both rooms The park is just on the next road of the flat We found a place all the week we stay The owner is very nice and help us with everything we was need.

Pros: An amazingly quiet location in a busy area, virtually on the 'prom'. Excellent facilities: all you can want. Iryna welcomed us at the main enterance and was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The flat itself was immaculately clean with all mod cons. Very good airconditioning.

Pros: Замечательная,красивая квартира ,отличный новый ремонт,стиральная и сушильная машины,два балкона . Очень понравилось расположение-1 минута до моря и 5 минут на метро. Наша семья замечательно отдохнула . Рекомендуем!!!

Pros: Хотите жить в самом туристическом сердце Ниццы и оставаться в комфортном уединении, то вам точно стоит остановится в этих аппаратах. Комфортно, чисто, уютно, большой плюс своя терраса и огромное преимущество это сама Ирина, которая всегда на связи. И при необходимости всегда во всем помогала. Рядом супермаркет, с другой стороны - сразу променад. Мои искренние рекомендации🌺

Fantasztikus helyen, kiváló közlekedésnél van a szállás. Nagyon kedves, rugalmas szállásadó.

Pros: A tulajdonos fantasztikus volt: Rugalmas, gyors, nagyon kedves.

Cons: Közös wc és csak 1 db fürdőszoba. Szemetes udvarra néző ablakok.

Pros: Зручне розташування ( 2 хв до моря, 4 хв до станції метро, від аеропорту іде прямий потяг який доїжджає за 20 хвилин). В номері є холодильник, кондеціонери, зручні ліжка, є пральна та сушильна машинки , ДУЖЕ привітний персонал. Всі смачні ресторани поруч.
