Comfortable stay in Old Nice

Pros: Well located within Old Town. Everything is within reach. You'll be spoiled for choices when it comes to restaurants, cafes and other attractions. It's also very accessible from the airport tram (line 2). The host Stéphane is very accommodating. Access to the apartment is simple and easy. The place is comfortable. I had a very good stay. In fact, this is my second time. Stéphane is also nice to provide us with a bottle of wine and macarons. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Some with mobility limitations or heavy, bulky luggages might find the narrow stairs to the third floor a challenge.

Iconic

Pros: The location was perfection! You really get an authentic experience here - also it's close to transportation which was ideal for getting around (although there is a lot to do and see walking distance from here). Stephan was so welcoming and accommodating - we really could not have asked for a better host.

Great place to stay in the old town

Pros: The location in the narrow streets of Vieux Nice is wonderful. You are in the middle of tiny shops and lots of restaurants. The host gave great tips for good restaurants. Also the wine bottle and soft drinks were a nice welcoming gift. There was coffee and toiletries available. The living area was nicely decorated.

Cons: The bed in the downstairs bedroom was so noisy. Even a slightest movement made loud squeaky sounds. Also the coffee machine made a lot of noise which woke up my son and his friend who slept up on the loft. In the beginning after making my reservation and then later noticing it had not been charged on my card it was very difficult to get hold of the host and I had to finally reach out to Booking.com customer service. But after that the host was very attentive and nice.

Best choice in Nice

Pros: Best for family with 2 children under 14yo. Good location. First look: where are we? What’s this place. Don’t judge the first look!!! Next day: we don’t want to go home. Children loved the galery bed. Owner is very friendly. We will book next time if available. It’s in the heart of old town. 30+ restaurants around. 7-10 minutes walk from the sea. A visitor cries twice: once on his arrival and once on his departure (Dany Boon).

Pros: Fantastic location in the old town. Stephane is a great host, his assistance, service and attention to detail is exceptional. There is everything you need in the apartment with extras that make the stay even better. Eg, the soda-stream with syrups to mix in, lux bathroom products, plenty of bathroom towels, terrific coffee maker, even beach mats and towels. There are plenty of little shops, cafes and restaurants around. There are supermarkets near by. It is a short walk to the waterfront and the tram line. As with most European apartments there are stairs to walk up, so don’t take big suitcases like us😁

Cons: That we couldn’t stay even longer.

Pros: What a fantastic apartment, and a lovely host. As a woman travelling alone, it felt 100 percent safe, Stephan answered my few random questions promptly,. Shower great, bed comfy, nice little kitchen and step out the apartment to great coffee opposite and in the heart of the old town and short walk for a morning swim. I will be back.

Cons: Im trying hard to think of something, but honestly there was nothing other than having to leave for home

Good apartment in great location

Pros: Location was great. Stéphan was a good host with good communication throughout our stay. Nice gifts left on arrival and was offered complimentary clean given our extend stay there..

Cons: Steep steps to apartment were a daily challenge. Upholstery of sofa requires a clean.

Pros: Location was fabulous, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Stephan was an absolute delight, couldn't have been more helpful.

Central location, Fantastic host and a relaxing holiday

Pros: The property is located in the charming and bustling old town. It is easily walkable to most sites of interest in Nice, be it the beach, museums, cathedrals, flower/flea markets and to tram stops/main line stations. Our host Stephane was just wonderful and made our stay even more relaxing.

Stylish and tidy one bedroom apartment in the heart of old Nice.

Pros: The host was very helpful. He met us at the door to property to show us round and was very receptive when we raised some minor points during our stay.
