Fantastic Studio for Nice Old Town

Pros: Excellently appointed studio. It was great, being able to watch the TV from a large sofa, rather than from the bed, as in a hotel room. Rachel was really quick to sort out any any issues that we had. Of course, it is in a fantastic location, close to Garibaldi-Chateau for tram to/from the airport, and right on the edge of the old town for sightseeing and restaurants/bars/Theatre de l'Impasse.

Cons: Nothing. Other places we have stayed have had extra sets of cutlery and crockery and more in the way of cleaning materials in the kitchen - such as tea-towels.

Pros: Great location, clean helpful stuff, 100% recomend

Cons: The window didn’t look to the outside and there was hardly any natural light. It would’ve been good to have been told this beforehand. Would like to use these apartments again but only if we had a window looking to the outside. Everything else was excellent.

Pros: The flexibility of the property Owner. I was able to change check in times and leave bags in the room after check out. This easily bought 4 extra hours to enjoy Nice. Great location, clean room and shower was fantastic.

Pros: The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance and and the public transport is also easy to reach. There is airco which is very useful during summer.

Cons: There could be some hangers in the bathroom as currently there is no place to hang towels. A blackout curtain would be nice as it was very light both at night and in the morning.

Pros: Amazing location. So clean and modern. Requested more pillows and they were there same day. Very secure with codes and keys. Felt safe.

Pros: Great location, nice room view, very clean and freshly renovated. Air conditioning solves problems with the heat outside. Honestly a perfect variant to stay for 2-3 nights! Responsive staff.

Cons: Slim walls – in case your neighbors are party animals either just watch TV – you'll definitely hear everything. It would be great as well to have a kitchen towel instead of using a bath one.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of the Old Town

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect — right in the old town, directly across from a beautiful park, and just a 7-10 minute walk to the sea. Everything is within easy reach! The apartment was very clean and modern, with fresh bed linen and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we booked a studio, we actually had a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with everything you need — there’s a coffee machine, pots, pans, and all necessary utensils. We managed to cook several meals without any issues. The check-in process was very convenient, with keyless entry. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice!

Cons: The only minor downside was that our apartment had a small window facing an inner courtyard, and the bedroom didn’t have a window at all. However, we weren’t looking for a view, so this didn’t really affect our stay.
