Beautiful location and stylish, comfortable apartment
Pros: Thé location was amazing and the apartment was beautiful. It was well equipped, spacious, clean and well air conditioned. The agency staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was a shame there is only one toilet and it can be a bit impractical with the bedroom/bathroom lay out if sharing with work colleagues. If the shower is blocked or drain smells, call the agency as they can sort it out.

Great apartment in the heart of Nice.
Pros: The location is excellent the apartment is in a beautiful area of Nice. Great restaurants, cafes and the sea in walking distance. Lucas the agent at Feel Home was extremely helpful.
Cons: The beds weren't very comfortable, mattresses were very soft. There was no cutlery in the kitchen which was strange given that there was lots of other kitchen equipment.

Unforgettable Trip
Pros: The apartment is close to many restaurants, stores, and the beach. Everything was clean and there is many facilities to cook in the family.
Cons: The third bedroom and bed were more cramped to sleep two people and did not have air conditioning.

Wonderful
Pros: Amazing modern, clean and comfortable apartment. In lovely area close to shops, restaurants and the beach but on a quiet road so perfect. On 4th floor but has lift. We only used two of the bedrooms both with aircon and both good size with comfy beds. Everything you need is in the apartment. Picked up keys easily and Lucas kept in touch with messages which was reassuring. Great service.
Cons: Only slight downside could be 3rd bedroom didn’t have aircon & did seem to smell slightly but we didn’t use that room so did not affect quality of our stay. Hard to point out any negatives such a great place to stay.

Great location, lovely flat, Lucas very helpful!
Pros: The pictures were a true representation of the flat - spotless, had all the things we needed, but most of all excellent location!!! Lucas was amazing and helpful from start to finish.
Cons: Only downside is having one toilet (two showers), but this is fine if you’re with close friends / family.

Great location for a short stay in Nice
Pros: The apartment was perfect for us in a group of 5. Excellent location for exploring Nice and beyond - the beach, the old town and the rail station were all within a 10 minute walk. Despite being fairly central, the neighbourhood was really pleasant and quiet.
Cons: Nothing really - all good

Pros: exactly as described. location 5 minute walk from the main squares . I rarely write reviews however on this occasion an exception . Lucas was very organised and made the check process seamless and offered advice where to park and eat. But he also went above and beyond - my son had to stay in hospital on the last night (we had left for home) not being discharged until the early hours . Lucas sorted the cleaners at a moments notice which allowed my son to stay a couple of hours later in the apartment - really very good

Overall very nice apartment and great location
Pros: great location, close to a restaurant and a very nice apartment. Overall great apartment, with comfortable beds and overall apartment.
Cons: A bad smell from one of the bathrooms. A little bit of bad service from the place that gave us the keys. Very nonfriendly, asked for a 600 euro deposit which was not disclosed anywhere. Kind of unpleasant overall, as you usually have a budget when you are on a trip. But overall easy to find them and close to the apartment.

Home from home in the heart of Nice.
Pros: The location was fantastic with a wide street, lined with trees a short walk from a square with cafes and restaurants. The light in the flat was great. Also the sense of space, bedding, equipment (full cooker, halogen hob, microwaves etc.). The lift in the building was good (4th floor). The sense of safety, views across the street were all great. It was quiet at night. We felt at home.
Cons: As with other apartments we have stayed in in Europe, the drains (shower, sink etc.) can sometimes cause a bad smell, and this suffered the same problem. We covered them when not in use which helped a little.
