Pros: Amazing location, cozy and nice apartment in a historical building. The beds were really comfortable, and having two separate bathrooms was great. The apartment was pretty well equipped (dishwasher detergent would have been useful, but there are several stores nearby, so it was not a problem for us). We stayed for a week and felt really comfortable. Communication with the host was good and quick.

We are pleased with our choice of apartment

Pros: We loved the art deco architecture of the building. It is stunning. Great location for Promenade des Anglais. Very good patisserie nearby for breakfast.

Pros: The apartment is located in beautiful building .It’s so close from Promenade,restaurants and bars. We can also cooking for self.Nice is fantastic city and we would like to back.

Good place for vocation!

Pros: Location is pretty good! Beach is just around 50m away !We went swimming everyday!

Cons: but it is not close to the train station! If you check in after 20:00, the stuff will charge you with 100 euro!

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location, close to everything.

Pros: Excellent communication from the owner. Lovely apartment in a gated community. Very quiet and safe. Comfortable beds and well kitted out with anything you would need including an iron. Supermarket is very close by. A lovely choice of coffee shops and restaurants close by that are reasonably priced. The most amazing ice cream shop just outside the building, a must try.

Cons: We took a taxi from the airport, which was extremely expensive, and later we found out there is a tram line a few metres away from the apartment, which we took back to the airport and its a fantastic service. The tram service is excellent but our host didn't give us any information about this, which would have been really useful. The neighbourhood didn't feel really safe at night. A different vibe to the daytime.

Very modern apartment in a lovely building right near the sea and excellent value for money!

Pros: Fantastic AC system. Very modern, Small balconies for outside space. Locked community. 2 bathrooms. And 2 minutes to sea, metro and small supermarket

Cons: Finding the key to get in was not straight forward. First instructions took us inside the gated area and then the host sent a random pick of a key box on a basement window! There were no basements. We eventually spoke to a resident who called the host and it transpired the key lock was back out on the main road a little way away from the gates.
