Enjoyable stay in Villa

Pros: Very close to Tram - easy access to airport and regular trams into city centre. Apartment was clean and well equipped, quiet at night time.

Excellent séjour avec nos amis italiens et aussi notre fille et ses enfants !

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé puisque la station du tram est en bas de la résidence et près de la célèbre Promenade des anglais et aussi de la plage. Et bien sûr près des commerces. De plus, en 10 mn de tram, il y a gare de Nice St Augustin et à coté habite notre fille et ses enfants.

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso,luminoso,fornito di tutte le comodità. Parcheggio assegnato e coperto fondamentale. Terrazza vista mare.

Very nice and easy first trip to Nice and area with a small group

Pros: Very comfortable good Location with tram nearby - great patio and well equipped kitchen - 2 showers - excellent blinds - pictures were accurate

Mittelklasse Wohnung an guter Lage

Pros: Tolle Lage nahe am Strand, vom Balkon aus sogar mit Meersicht. Wohnung zweckmässig eingerichtet. Betten waren bequem, es war ruhig nachts und wir haben gut geschlafen. In der Nähe hat es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien und Restaurants. Die Tramhaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Tür.

Cons: Es gibt drei Nasszellen in der Wohnung. Eines ist ein Mini-WC, die anderen haben keine Toiletten. Das war mit 5 Personen manchmal etwas mühsam. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Insbesondere gefehlt haben Bratpfannen und Besteck war auch etwas wenig für 5 Personen.
