I would return there

Pros: The appartment is near the train station. It was clean and as shown in the pictures. The small balcony was really nice. The area around it is safe.

Cons: In order to get the keys from the box you must knee down. Also you can't leave your baggages after check out.

Nice stay

Pros: The apartment is very well located, close to the main train station. The communication with the host was friendly and he always replied really fast. Check in and check out was easy as well. The apartment is well equipped and we especially enjoyed the balcony.

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, nie było problemu żeby zameldować się wcześniej. Właściciel zorganizował dla nas żelazko co było bardzo miłym gestem z jego strony. Apartament na kilka nocy zdecydowanie wystarczający. Ogromnym atutem jest niewielka odległość do dworca głównego w Nicei.

When I come back to Nice will be staying here!

Pros: It was very comfortable and clean and located in the middle town close to restaurants,stores and train station which is across the street.

Pros: En se tenant à la gare, on peut voir le bâtiment de la maison. non loin de la ligne L1, à cinq minutes de marche, l'emplacement est très pratique. Le canapé-lit après l'avoir tiré pour dormir est très confortable, l'endroit n'est pas grand, mais les choses sont très complètes, il y a une machine à laver, il y a un balcon, on a l'impression de venir vivre.

Cons: La boîte à clés en bas, j'ai l'impression que la clé n'est pas très pratique pour prendre les clés. La pièce à l'extérieur de ces canalisations bleues n'a pas l'air bien, on a l'impression d'être en piteux état, on a un peu peur d'elle !
