MY CASA - MOULIN - Stunning 1 bedroom Apt on the Port

Great stay in the Port area.

Pros: The apartment was very easy to get to within the port area and close to the tram and a good supermarket. It was spacious and everything worked well. The agency were very easy to deal with and facilitated a late check out for a reasonable fee

Cons: The apartment wasn’t dirty by any means but it could do with a deep clean e.g. the drawer under the oven was full of dust and the curtains which are in front of the waste bins need a wash. Some of the glasses were grubby too. A tea towel would be useful too.

Pros: The apartment is in a very good location. Very comfortable. The only problem was with the air conditioning pipe. The pipe needs to be placed out the window.

Nice and comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment is amazing! It is beautiful and very comfortable. It it well equpted with high end devices. The location is good, it is neat the port and there is a tram station in front of it. It is directly connected to the airport. A train station is 20 min of walk away.

Cons: The information about the deposit was incorrect. The booking listed a €150 deposit. At some point, I received an unannounced message outside of Booking.com with a suspicious-looking link asking me to “complete my booking.” I ignored it at first, as it seemed like a scam. Then, a day before check-in, when I messaged them.to announce our arrival, they asked about the deposit and sending the same link—this time I learnee that it is an app called Swinkly. The deposit was set at €200 instead of the original €150. We ended up paying both the deposit and the insurance for it through Swinkly. However, when we arrived to collect the key, a day after that, another staff member told us they no longer use Swinkly and asked us to cancel it. We did so, but we lost the insurance money in the process, as the whole step turned out to be unnecessary. Then, through a different app, we were given the option to either reserve €200 as a deposit or pay €21.50 non-refundable. We chose the latter and all went well. The key collection agency only opens at 2 PM and charges €50 if you want to pick up the key earlier. It's also located a bit far from the apartment. When they opened at 2 PM, there were quite a few people collecting their keys, leading to a crowded and slow process, as everyone had to fill out a form on the spot. Overall, the agency seems understaffed, and the experience with their team felt impersonal and disorganized.

Pros: Well appointed - good location and great kitchen facilities. Comfortable and spacious right near the Port

Cons: The key pick up location was a long way from the apartment address . A locked box could resolve this in customer favour rather than having to go to multiple locations

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: We loved the location by the port. The apartment was easy to access, very comfortable and well equipped. It was nice and bright with dual aspect windows and all rooms were a good size and well laid out. There were good instructions on how to use everything and it all worked well. It was perfect for our requirements, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Pros: The location was ideal, plenty of choice of restaurants, the apartment was perfect, everything we needed.

Pros: Good comfortable apartment with all you need. Nice location. Calm.

Cons: No balcony.

Central, clean, well equipped apartment close to restaurants, port, shops and tram station.

Pros: We loved the location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, old town, beach and there is a tram station within 100m to get to the airport and shopping area. Although it is close to the restaurants, it was not noisy and we slept with the windows open.

Cons: We didn't really have a view, except onto the apartments opposite ours. But we were out most of the time so it wasn't a problem.

Fabulous stay!! Will rebook next time in Nice

Pros: Fantastic Port location!! Accommodation was perfect, bright and airy with lovely dual aspect windows, great facilities and spotlessly clean, there was an air-conditioning unit provided in the living room area with a ceiling fan in both living room and bedroom. Large smart TV in LR and BR with French channels, however you can log into your own Netflix account if needed. A Bose speaker is also provided for your tunes. Partial side view of Port and accessible either by short staircase from the Port or by street. We found it ABSOLUTELY ideal for us and definitely great value for money.

Cons: All in all accommodation was perfect. The shower could do with a 'lip' to stop the water running onto bathroom floor, but it wasn't much of an issue. A chopping board, although there might be one and we might've not found it.

Nous avons apprécié notre petit séjour Niçois. Nous y reviendrons peut-être bien.

Pros: La proximité du port de Nice et d'un quartier plus authentique que la vieille ville ou les quartiers chics autour de la promenade des anglais envahis par l'hyper-tourisme.

Cons: Des prestations d'accueil anonymes et un peu trop rigides.
