Overall, great hotel. Would stay there again when in Nice.

Pros: Great location, polite staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, French TV channels.

Cons: Ecology. While Monaco, Antibes and Cannes millionaires indulge I am supposed to recycle and save water during my very short holiday.

Pros: Lovely staff especially Michaela on breakfast duty. Great breakfast apart from space issues on one occasion. Excellent location for sea & town.

Pros: The hotel location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are more antique style, but French. The breakfast is delicious, but the choice is limited.

Cons: The rooms need renovation, especially the shower - the tiles are cracked, the toilet in our nunber was also cracked. If you stay longer than 3 nights, you will definitely get bored with the breakfast, as the selection is very small.

Great location, breakfast and staff

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very clean, great breakfast on offer and the hotel is in close proximity to the tram and train, as well as being a short walk to the centre. Customer service was incredible from the check in process through to check out. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay in Nice

Pros: Perfect location, close to city centre loop bus 99, providing easy access to station and trams if unable to walk. 2 blocks away from the sea front promenade. Local cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons: TV's should be upgraded to Smart TV's if available in France to allow you to access your own Netflix/Prime or other streaming networks
