A perfect place to stay in Nice

Pros: Such a beautiful apartment, with everything you need, and a lovely view of the Port from the balcony. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave. It's perfectly located, close to a supermarket, patisserie, great restaurants and right at the Port. Public transport is easy to navigate and some buses pass the door.

Cons: Leaving!

Pros: Excellent location. This property was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen. It had two balconies with lovely views to the ports. Great range of shops, restaurants and boulangeries on your doorstep.

Pros: Excellent apartment in a good location. The hosts made an effort to make us feel at home with all the details they thought of.

Perfect location and apartment to discover Nice! 🇫🇷

Pros: It’s a fantastic apartment perfectly located next to the port. Across the street is also a great authentic bakery and a supermarket. It’s not too far to stroll across to Nice old town. We’ve stayed there many times in and around the old town, this is the first time we’ve stayed by the port and we prefer it over here. There’s also a really nice costal path if you follow the coast along to the east a little. The apartment itself was just what we wanted, very clean and new with plenty of space. It has a separate bedroom, found the bed comfortable, with a walk in wardrobe. The lounge dining area works really well and it’s nice to have a dining table. You can get the tram straight from the airport to the port (less than a 5 min walk from the tram stop to the apartment) it’s quite slow though. We got an Uber to the apartment from the airport, very easy and cost €19. Justin was our contact and he was really helpful and accommodating (many thanks). We’re looking to coming back next year!

A beautiful modern rental with everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay

Pros: Lovely location for this rental, inside everything was new , the air con worked great and there was a modern large tv. The shower was lovely and hot and there was a lovely balcony.the bed was comfortable and also there was everything you would need for cooking a meal.

Cons: The only small negative was the location of the microwave oven. It was fitted above head height which was not ideal when removing hot liquids after cooking. It could do with relocating to a lower level,otherwise we liked everything about the rental.

Pros: The property was lovely, clean and fresh. very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. great location, very close to tram stop (with direct connections to the airport) and quieter than old town with views of the port from the balcony.

Perfekt, um Nizza zu Fuss und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden!

Pros: Modern, hell und komfortabel ausgestattetes Appartement nahe des Hafens.

Pros: 房东安排很细心与周到，有不少调味品，房间也很干净舒适，还提供了晾衣服的架子，后面就是码头与电车站走路7分钟，走路去主要的火车站15分钟。 一个比较大的超市走路5分钟，楼下还有一个小超市。一切都很方便。

Cons: 没有不满意的地方，就是注意门牌号是46bis不要找错，开门时要推一下才会打开。
