Nice Port

Nice modern apartment with great views of Old Nice Port.

Pros: Nice apartment with great views of Nice Old Port. There’s a supermarket across the street and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The Old Town is within easy walking distance but if you don’t want to walk, Bus 98, two minutes walk away, will get you there. The tram stops are nearby as well. The kitchen is pretty well equipped if you choose to cook. For us, the espresso machine was a huge plus. Wifi is pretty fast and the small lift was very useful in getting our large cases upstairs.

Cons: The apartment itself is newly renovated, but the building needs a paint job.

Pros: Everything you could need in a fantastic location. Our 3rd visit to Nice, and this was the best location.

Amazing views, great location, slightly smelly.

Pros: Amazing views of the port in a great location. Comfortable couch and bed. The 2 TVs with Netflix and air conditioning units worked great. Modern bathroom with good shower.

Cons: Strong unpleasant smell in the apartment after a few hours without window open or AC, possibly coming from the drains. No fan/ventilation in the bathroom.

Pros: Small, but well-equipped apartment in central Nice. Everything you need is in there (including the air conditioning), the host is friendly and welcoming, and the window view is gorgeous. I also liked the quality of the mattress

Pros: extremely nice view from the apartment, very modern apartment, extremely friendly staff that replies fast. good location in the middle of the city.

Cons: Building from the outside looks a bit old.

Pros: very well located apartment. although the staircase and the building itself require renovation, the apartment itself is refreshed and fully equipped. View from the window of the old port. there is a bakery and a grocery store już few steps from the apartment. very nice hosts :)

Pros: Great location. Nice view from the window. Good communication with host and met us at the apartment on time.

Cons: Would be good to provide a couple of extra towels for the bathroom as well as beach towels.

Pros: The apartment has excellent location. It was clean and very well organised. We had everything for a perfect stay.

Great Stay!

Pros: The property is greatly located near the port that you can reached by Tramway and by foot in anywhere in town. Clean and comfortable. We didn’t use much the room as we are roaming out and about.
