Fabulous location at the Old Port in Nice just around the shops, bars and promenade. Fully Equiped.

Pros: Fabulous location at the Old Port in Nice just around the shops, bars and promenade. Easy to reach by communication and close to parking areas and zones in Nice. All equiped appartment (dishes and cutlery) with sound air conditioning. Good block with available storage place to keep cycles or child trolleys near the flat. Recommended for both short and longer stays for a Family.

Pros: The position perfectly situated next to the port lympia and the unoc conference we were attending. Next to the tram and 5 minutes from the center and easy access to many good restaurants! The host was very kind, he provided us with two keys and with the possibility of leaving the luggages on arrival and before leaving, outside checkin hours! Air conditioning for the warm days. Good wi-fi. Beutiful appartment. Sincerely all perfect!

Pros: Tiszta, felszerelt lakás, rugalmas tulajdonos Pár perc sétára élelmiszerbolt, pékség, kikotő. Szívből ajánlom, ha Nizzában jársz.

Cons: Nem volt ilyen.

Sehr schön, auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen

Pros: Die Lage des Appartements nah am Hafen und auch fußläufig zur Altstadt ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr gut, Antworten auf Fragen kamen sofort. Das Apartment hat eine perfekte Raumaufteilung, ist sehr sauber und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Cons: Es hätten höchstens Kleinigkeiten besser sein können, z.B. könnte die Balkonausstattung mal erneuert werden. Aber auch so haben wir gerne abends auf dem Balkon gesessen. Es gibt also eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.
