Amazing

Pros: Very well equipped and clean, veeeery comfortable beds!!!

Cons: It was quite a walk from the city centre, but it was not a problem for us, also very accessible by public transport

Perfect location, comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the train station and a beautiful walk to the beach. Air con which was most appreciated. Beds were super comfy, and the linen perfectly clean. As were all the facilities. Towels generously available along with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Was exactly what we needed for out two night stay, thank you!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Smaller but cozy and very nice apartment. Comfortable beds great matraces.Location is very good 20 min walking distance to main train station in Nice and you can go anywhere with a train. By bus 8+ you can go to the center in 10 -15 min max and bus stop is in front of this apartment. You have all that you need , coffee machine , well equipped kitchen , washing machine so it is great for shorter but also for longer stays because you have everything that you need like at home .Great communication with the owners no issues at all . Easy to find on one of the main boulevards.Great instructions for finding the key. Everything was nice .

Cons: They have new sensors in the apartment so after 22 PM If you use any devices like hair dryer it can activate but the owners are nice we did not had any issues. I would recommend this apartment for people who are not much active after 22 PM .If you are an early bird place is perfect.

Appartement confortable et équipé proche de la gare

Pros: Hôte très réactif et flexible. Appartement très propre et confortable contenant tout le nécessaire. Également très pratique car proche de la gare.

Cons: L'appartement donne sur un boulevard un peu bruyant.

Fint, ryddig og koselig vert

Pros: Utrolig rent, veldig fin vert som satt pris på oss, vi måtte dra midt på natten så rakk ikke rydde så så veldig bra å det gikk helt fint for han❤️

Cons: Ingenting, eneste er kanskje litt usentral beliggenhet men uber er utrolig billig og lettvint i Nice!

Pros: Excelente departamento para parejas con uno o dos niños pequeños, calidad por todos lados, un lujo!!!

Recomand , apartament practic și dragut

Pros: Dotarile apartamentului , faptul că ai la dispoziție o bucătărie complet utilată , aparat de cafea și capsule la discreție,pe lângă altele ( ceai, zahar, ulei ...etc) . Amenajarea foarte practica pentru spațiul disponibil. Totul este foarte bine gândit de proprietar. Amplasarea consider că este foarte buna , aproape de gara și de stațiile de autobuz .Pentru o familie cu un copil o locație excelentă pe care o recomand .

Cons: Fiind amplasat pe bulevardul Gambetta, un mic disconfort îl reprezintă zgomotul mașinilor de curățenie care circula toată noaptea, dar după o zi întreagă de vizitat ești suficient de obosit sa treci peste . Izolarea fonica nu este atuul forte , așa că mai poți auzii anumite zgomote de la vecini . Apartamentul cam micuț dar foarte bine organizat.

Pros: Fornito di tutto, letti comodissimi e la proprietaria ultra gentile e disponibile

Posizione ottima

Pros: Posizione ottima, collegata molto bene con i mezzi pubblici e con diversi servizi nelle immediate vicinanze

Cons: La seconda stanza è molto piccola aprendo il letto completamente e i cuscini non erano dei veri cuscini da letto ma da divano riadattati.

Pros: Appartamento accogliente, puliti e ben fornito di servizi... Ma per 4 adulti e un po' piccolo. Dista 30 Minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e locali. La proprietaria e gentilissima e risponde velocemente ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo dormito molto bene (materassi comodi e appartamento ben isolato dai rumori esterni, aria condizionata funzionante)
