Pros: Privacy. Neatness to Tram Near you Promenade Clean and well equipped

Cons: Minimal soft furnishings eg a rug would have been nice.

Pros: The location is excellent! Second line from the beach, close to everything you need, from transportation to shops and cafes. The tram is nearby, and the airport is a 20-minute on tram. The staff is very helpful, and we had only positive experiences. The building itself may be a little dated, but let's be honest – anyone looking for a new 5-star hotel pays accordingly. My family and I loved everything about it. We came to spend the weekend in Nice, not in a hotel. And Nice was magnificent :)

Fantastic stay

Pros: Excellent location close to shops and transport, not far from the beach. Good size clean rooms with plenty of bedding, kitchen equipment and towels. Separate bathroom and toilet. Plenty of storage space. Nice sized balcony. Loved having a separate room to myself with TV. Rooms were warm and very comfortable.

Cons: Probably could have done with instructions on how to fold out the sofa bed but we figured it out. Would have liked a little toaster.

Pros: We got our room a couple of hours early and were also able to keep it for a couple of hours longer than normal at no extra charge. Great customer service.

Cons: There was no access to the swimming pool; it appeared to be completely closed, as there were no chairs or benches there.

Private parking, close to transport and close to the Mediterranean Sea

Pros: Close to tramlines and the Mediterranean Sea. It also had easy access to private parking in

Plentiful breakfast, great location & access, staff very helpful

Pros: We loved thr location- Magnan area. Tram stop a min away. Shops, cafes, restaurants all around. A min walk to the promenade. We were on the 7th floor. And could see the sea from our balcony. The room was very clean comfortable. Provided us with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast paying €15 euros each. There was plenty to eat. I also used the pool too. All staff we very pleasant & helpful.

Cons: There was a smell in the reception area for the 1st few days. Which was unpleasant. The carpet and corridor on the 7th floor was worn & area could do with updating. Pool was pleasant for a swim. Could do with some chairs as there was plenty of space to sit around the pool.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: Nice having kitchen facilities / kettle fridge that was good to have , Small swimming pool which was nice

The stay was amazing with good location, good staff, very easy to commute and very close to beach.

Pros: The location is awesome. The room was super clean and tidy. Wifi was very good. Great staff.

Cons: Might be, some more options in breakfast would have been good. There could have been dedicated shampoo/conditioner than just a one in all thing.

Pros: Full size kitchen enabled us to save money. We bought food from grocery and cooked ourselves. Personnel was very friendly and tried to do their best to fulfil our our requests.

Great location, handy to beach, shops and lovely bolongarie across the road

Pros: Pool was great, as to the location. The reception staff were very helpful

Cons: Although the balcony was great, the floor was a bit grubby and needed a good scrub.
