Useful location, near shops and restaurants, was noisy at night.

Pros: Useful location fairly close to the Promenade, an OK walk from the main train station. Good baker directly across the road and 2 mini supermarkets within 5 minutes.

Cons: Noisy at night until around 1.30 am every night, seemed to be a flat below us.

Pros: As per the name of the property it’s legit! It’s near to all. we had a good time exploring Nice/South of france. And Thierry, he’s so nice he is one call away to accommodate our inquiry about our stay in his property. Flat is neat, clean and complete appliances.

Pros: Největší předností ubytování je jeho poloha. Veškerá turistická místa v Nice jsou odtud bez problému dostupná. Rodina se 3 dětmi se v něm naprosto bez problémů poskládá. Přímo naproti je výborná pekárna.

Cons: Vybavení bytu je již značně opotřebované a v některých případech i lehce rozbité a zamaskované (pojízdné kolečko u mobilní klimatizace v ložnici). Řekl bych, že je to adekvátní v poměru cena/výkon v tom co člověk očekává.

Amazing place in the heart of Nice

Pros: Amazing location, right a few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Small but spacious. Great value for money. Good communication with host and he was always ready to help. Check in and out process very simple.

Cons: For a group of 4, one extra key would be a plus. But pretty much an amazing place nonetheless.

Agréable séjour à Nice

Pros: Établissement très propre, idéalement situé à rue de France, à proximité de la place Masséna, du Vieux-Nice et de la promenade des Anglais : tout est accessible à pied. L’hôte est disponible, attentionné et bienveillant. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé.
