Fantastic location in the heart of beautiful Nice

Pros: Fantastic location, 100 metre walk to beach, supermarkets nearby in all directions, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Great service by staff Claude. Nice is such an amazing city, probably our favourite French city! Plus they had the UN Ocean Conference which made the city very alive. Having the washing machine and plenty of sunlight to wash and dry clothes was fantastic travelling with a family .

Cons: It was a little dusty in the living room with a very old red carpet but we moved the carpet aside which made it better. There were only two rolls of toilet paper, so they could have provided more for 4 guests, given every other accommodation gave 5-6 rolls of toilet paper. Two floors up with suitcases and a pram was a challenge without lifts but it was good exercise :) it was quite loud outside with all the bars and restaurants nearby for us with babies sleeping at 20:00 but that was a choice we made to be so central :) The accommodation was priced quite high due to the UN Ocean Conference compared to other similar dates in the same month. All in all, a very nice stay in one of the best cities.

Amazing location, feels like home!

Pros: We fell in love with it from first sight! Fantastic location, in 5 min from the beach, in the heart of all bars and restaurants and at the same time in a quiet street. The apartment is typical French style, with everything that one would need. They even had mats for the beach and a parasol, not to mention iron. The kitchen is small but so well equipped, the rooms are clean, with airco in each one. We felt like home there!

Cons: The only disadvantage was the neighbors who lived behind the wall in our daughter’s room. The walls are very thin and you can hear every word. The kids were screaming every evening till late and it was impossible to fall asleep before they went to bed.

We had a fantastic stay and would rebook again

Pros: Great location close to beach, restaurants, supermarket, cafes and 10 mins walk to old town. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Key collection and drop off was simple.

Cons: The neighbours were exceptionally loud at night. Children and parents screaming at each other until 11pm/12pm. The walls are thin so you could hear everything, especially through the 2nd bedroom walls

Pros: Appartement à l'ancienne, charmant, bien équipé au niveau cuisine et salon. Très bien situé à quelques minutes des commerces et de la promenade des Anglais

Cons: La semaine de Noël, avec des températures fraîches la nuit, il manquait une couverture un peu plus chaude. Les armoires présentes dans l'appartement sont fermées ou occupées : pas de place pour ranger les vêtements. Manque des consignes pour la gestion des poubelles.
