A really lovely small flat.

Pros: Beautiful small and comfortable flat, exactly like the photos, bright, airy, well furnished and exceptionally well equipped - including the tiny but functional kitchen. A lovely place to spend time in. Well functioning A/c which was needed in the heat of summer. Good location. I would gladly return.

Excellent

Pros: Fabulous location. Really nice friendly local neighbourhood - but only about 10 or so minutes to train station where there is also a good supermarket, and enjoyable easy walk to city centre. Great boulangerie and cafe bar/restaurant down the road. As well there is a smaller store for grocery supplies 5 minutes away in Blvd Gambetta. We felt immediately comfortable in the apartment and loved the terrace and balconies. Kitchen was very well equipped, as was the apartment with excellent amenities. Comfy bed. Quiet. Great host, super responsive and always there to assist. Loved our 6 nights in beautiful Nice. No hesitation in staying here again if we return to Nice.

Pros: Amazing apartment! One of the biggest perks was the terrace which was one of the highlights for our stay in Nice. Also, the apartment had absolutely anything you may need for a longer stay. Thierry was such an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Pretty much perfect

Pros: The apartment was pretty much perfect for us. Nicely thought out, airy, decent bed and sofa, reliable wi-fi and lovely views from the balcony. You could sit in the sun and have breakfast on one side of the apartment, then switch to the larger terrace on the other side for the sun in the afternoon. Lovely and quiet, effective aircon and it’s in a great, friendly neighbourhood. Easy walk to the trams, buses and main train station.

Cons: Nothing really. The lift was a little small and clunky, but that’s not unusual with these properties. Ultimately we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment with great balcony!

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very nicely decorated and the balcony is great. The apartment has everything you need and it truly feels like your own home while staying.

Cons: The elevator in the building is very tiny, old, and has the risk of getting stuck as was communicated with a paper in French hanging in the elevator. Due to that, we walked up 6 floors every day, which is quite a workout! We didn't mind too much; it was either taking the stairs, or taking a very small elevator with the risk of getting stuck. The choice was easy for us :) It was a pity we didn't meet the host, we had to do self check-in and check-out.

Lovely bijoux apartment close to station with lovely city views.

Pros: The bijoux apartment was perfect for our needs-a 12 min easy walk from the station and a little longer to the seafront. It was charming bright airy and the small balconies added to the enjoyment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size with a good shower. The area was quiet and there were lovely views of Nice along with a distant view of the sea from the larger balcony. The host was very helpful quick to respond to any queries. We would certainly recommend!

Cons: The kitchen area was very small so would not be suitable for all individuals but was ok for us. Some hiccups with the increase in the price from the quoted price advertised on booking .com and the cancellation policy.

Enjoyed Nice again!

Pros: Excellent host who was able to get the apartment ready for our early arrival as the previous guests left early. The apartment isn't large but what an excellent use of the space and it has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was by far the best terrace we've had in any of the apartments we've stayed in, in Nice. It is near the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and Nice Ville station so easy access to get around and to go out of Nice. Lovely walk to the sea and from there to the old town. Boulangerie and supermarket round the corner. We would 100% stay again.

Cons: Nothing it is exactly as advertised.

Good choice for a comfortable stay in Nice

Pros: Charming, comfortable, well-designed and well-equipped; many kitchen staples provided. The main balcony was lovely, private and nicely furnished.

Cons: We liked everything about the apartment including the location which is a bit away from the central part of town - we like to walk, so this was a plus for us.

Pros: Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. Well situated.
