A clean and cosy apartment, close to everything you need.

Pros: We loved that it was walking distance to everything. We could walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and the train station+ the tram is 5 minutes away. The area has many nice, international restaurants, and the bakery is just across the street. The apartment has everything you need, and we even got a bottle of wine when we arrived. The bed is comfy, and even the sofabed was ok. According to the host, the whole apartment was refurbished one year ago. We also loved Nice itself! A beautiful, clean city, with lots of restaurants and shops, and the most wonderful old city we have ever seen.

Cons: The stairs to the apartment! There are 111 steps from the street to the 5th floor, and no lift.

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé, très proche de la gare. Il y a des supermarchés et des restaurants à proximité. L’appartement est confortable, silencieux et bien équipé. Le lit est excellent !

Cons: Personnellement, je préfère une arrivée autonome et simple, mais c’est bien sûr une question de préférence. L’escalier est vraiment un défi et oblige à bien s’organiser pour limiter les allers-retours, en espérant ne rien oublier dans l’appartement qui obligerait à remonter. Comme suggestion, un petit égouttoir à vaisselle et un tapis à l’entrée pour essuyer les chaussures seraient très appréciés.

Pros: Het was uitermate geschikt voor ons verblijf, gezien het doel van onze vakantie: het ontdekken van Nice. Het ligt zeer centraal en alles - het centrum, de zee - is prima te voet te bereiken. Ook ligt het in een leuke, levendige buurt.

Pros: Fantastische Ausstattung, sehr modern und alles vorhanden.

Cons: Leider im obersten Stockwerk eines Altbau ohne Aufzug und mit sehr niedrigen Decken.

Pros: Apartmán byl čistý, moderní a v pěší vzdálenosti od centra. Oceňuji také rychlou a vstřícnou komunikaci.
