We had an excellent stay and would return if available on a future trip.

Pros: Excellent location, close to all we wanted to visit while in Nice. Lots of excellent restaurants and beachside bars to choose from, and a grocery store steps away.

Cons: Not a negative, as we were informed ahead of time by the listing, but do know that there is no lift, so be prepared to manage the stairs.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do miasta, morza, restauracji, sklepów, dworca kolejowego i przystanku tramwaju. W apartamencie ładnie, wyposażenie wystarczające. Dobre wi-fi.

Pros: Lokacija, blizina restorana, mora...svih sadrzaja... Opremljenost smestaja je odlicna, ima sve sto treba. Domacini su ok, dostupni za sve sto nedostaje.

Cons: Na Bookingu je pisalo chack in 2pm a usli smo u smestaj 3pm Pristup drugom krevetu, nije pogodan za odrasle ljude (vise za decu)

Pros: Praticamente quasi nel centro di Nizza e vicinissimo alla Promenade d Anglais e alle spiagge . Moderno e ben accessoriato. Sotto casa si trova di tutto : supermercati , market , boulangerie e ristoranti!
