Pros: Amazing location, everything is available nearby very close to the beach, was very easy to get in the apartment, very clear instructions

Cons: Check out was early and no option to extend a little, it was disappointing since I needed to leave my luggage before travelling

Pros: It’s perfectly placed on one on the pedestrian super cute shopping streets of Nice and it’s modern and the bed is so confortable ! I really thought that it’s such an excellent price for what is offered !

Perfect holiday and an even better location

Pros: The location is impeccable! In the centre of cafés and restaurants. Very close to the beach and the beachclubs and on walking distance from the old town. The room is small, but definitely big enough for two. The room is modern, clean, stylish, just perfect! The only point of improvement for me would be to replace the glass desk and chair to a table and two chairs, so you can have breakfast or any meal just at your table. But that wasn't a problem at all. We had a wonderful stay and I really want to come back if I have the chance. A massive thanks to the host!

Cons: The desk has one chair so you can't really sit and eat together.

Would happily use again

Pros: Great studio, everything we needed. Great location next to lots of restaurants and a bakery for the morning, and a short walk to the beach and old town. Fantastic communication from the host.

Cons: A minor thing, but had to scoop out some of the previous residents hair out the drain as the shower nearly overflowed as soon as it was turned on

Pros: The location is fantastic. Few steps from Masena square and Promenade d’Anglais. It is literally close to everything : shopping, beach, restaurants, cozy stores …

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente e in posizione ottima.

Cons: Ci sono stati alcuni inconvenienti con il letto ed altri segnalati all’host tramite appositi canali, tuttavia nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno.

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen van, ahogy kilépsz a kapun szembetalálod magad egy csomó vendéglátó egységgel. Szép tiszta jól felszerelt szoba.

Cons: Sok volt a szúnyog és nem lehetett szellőztetni, mert nem volt szúnyogháló. A kilátás nem volt és egy konyhai elszívóra nézezett az ablak. Az ágy nekem túl puha volt de ez ízlés kérdése.

Piacevole soggiorno romantico a Nizza

Pros: Posizione centralissima, appartamento confortevole e ben arredato. Dotato di tutti i confort e buona pulizia. Il letto è molto comodo e spazioso. Ho adorato il balconcino!

Cons: La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, ma per il resto non posso davvero lamentarmi. Non ho trovato altre pecche per il resto.

Excelente opción en Niza, a metros de la playa sobre la peatonal

Pros: Excelente ubicación en el medio de la peatonal y a metros de la playa. Departamento moderno, con muy linda decoración.
