Pros: Location is fantastic. Parking Grimaldi was convenient. Fantastic host.

Cons: Be a bit tolerant to the noise in the late evening...

Pros: Very good location close to everything. Clean. Fast communication. Nice apartments, just like in the photos.

Cons: The cupboards are falling apart. We couldn't use the sink in one of the apartments, because it drained into the cupboard and no one came to fix it.

Cons: this apartment was on the top floor, the steps were staggered, it was very difficult to climb with a large suitcase. also dangerous for seniors and young children

Great 5 days (only!), we enjoyed each minute and will come back for sure.

Pros: The appartment has an excellent location in a pedestrian zone, surrounded by restaurants, small shops and a super market and only a few steps to the beach. You should definitely read the mails that you will receive from your host! Then you will find the keys super easy. (I did not and had to call to solve the problem on the phone - my fault)

Cons: There was a weird smell, maybe from cleaning means or the sewer.

Pros: I loved the location, it was in the middle of Nice, right next to the old town and the Papillon parc that is a dream for children with ages beetween 2-8 years. Also it was great that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. A minimarket 2 minutes walk away. The beach (rock beach - there is no natural sand beach in Nice) 3 minutes walk away. I loved this beach.

Cons: I didn't like the noise coming from the restaurants everynight, I think some new shutters protecting the windows would help. I didn't like the fact that I was not informed that there was also an inside door in the building to be opened with a key before the main door of the appartement (there were 4 doors and I didn't know wich one to choose at my arrival).

Pros: Położenie , samo centrum , bliskość morza , spora kuchnia , łazienka i WC osobno ,wielkość dla 4 osób optymalna.

Cons: Łóżka powinny być w mojej opinii większe i bardziej komfortowe, w drugiej sypialni przy rodzinach lepiej sprawdziłyby się 2 łóżka pojedyncze zamiast jednego wspólnego .

Cons: Il parcheggio privato in un’altra struttura anche si era vicino al appartamento

This property is definitely worth to come here again

Pros: The best location we could have for good price. Eyes were enjoying the view from the windows. We had all facilities we needed, even some equipment for swimming!😁 Everything was clean on our arrival as well. Also AC in both bedrooms made our stay much more comfortable. Grosery is just around the corner and lidl a little more far away, so we didn’t have to go for shopping far

Cons: One drawer was broken when we arrived (The one in wardrobe). Every day there is rubbish collection at around midnight, which is causing some noice, however doesn’t last for long. The bed in bigger bedroom is weird shape. When my brother lied on one side, the other raised and he fell off. We just joked about it, but had to be careful with that bed.

Très bon séjour dans cette très belle ville.
