Pros: The owner of the apartment was very kind and hospitable — he showed us everything and explained everything clearly. The apartment was very clean, and there was air conditioning. The location is relatively close to the sea, but there’s a lot of traffic and big traffic jams, so it takes longer to get there. The apartment has everything you need — even tea, sugar, and cooking oil. Overall, thank you very much for such a great apartment and for your warm hospitality!

Cons: The bathroom and toilet door didn’t close properly, and the TV couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, so we weren’t able to watch Netflix or YouTube.

Pros: This was a nice small studio, and we liked the opportunity to have breakfast on the balcony. The host was very kind and responsive and explained everything. The studio has everything that is needed.

Cons: It may be slightly smallish for longer stays.

Fantastic home, very quite and spacious

Pros: Jean Michele was a great host! He explained everything in detail and equipped our room with everything we needed. We also had our own indoor parking space. The property was beautifully decorated, with lots of natural light , clean and tidy. We loved the spacious balcony as well.

Pros: The location was close to the bus stop which takes you to the tram to the airport or the centre of Nice. There was parking on the premises too. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen and balcony to enjoy as well. Jean Michel met us with the key as arranged.

Pros: Très beau logement, bien équipe, transport en commun à 50m. Super accueil pour la remise des clés. Nous recommandons se logement.

Pros: Studio très bien aménagé et très propre. Grande et agréable terrasse. Parking privatif, idéal si on vient en voiture à Nice. Transports publics à proximité pour rejoindre le centre ville. Hôte très sympathique.

Pros: Tout est bien pensé et organisé dans ce studio et d'une propreté irréprochable La situation géographique à proximité de l'arrêt de bus est parfaite Nous avons également apprécié le parking pour la voiture. Le propriétaire nous attendait pour nous donner toutes les informations sur le fonctionnement de l'appartement et les indications pour nous rendre dans le centre de Nice par les transports. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Pros: - l'accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte (présent à l'arrivée pour nous donner les explications nécessaires), et sa disponibilité par la suite au téléphone (si besoin) 👏🙏🏼 -l'équipement très complet du gite 👍 - une terrasse très sympa - le calme de la résidence - une place de parking privée 👍 - facilite de connexion à la Wifi + facilité d'utilisation de la TV - une localisation géographique très pratique pour mes besoins (tram à 15 mn à pied)

Cons: -pas de commerces alimentaires, ni restauration à proximité (prévoir ses achats alimentaires avant d'arriver au gite, ou aller au centre ville par le Tram)
