A perfect location for a short or longer stay.

Pros: Self catering Location perfect, amongst bars/restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the sea and the old town.

Cons: Location of key box not obvious to us despite the excellent video. Maybe explain it is located across from the apartment building at the gate to the boxing hall.

Pros: The apartment is positioned in the middle of the busy area of Nice with many cafes, restaurants and bars near by. It’s a short stroll from the Promanade des Angles. The place is equipped with everything you need including all kitchen supplies as per the photos shown on booking.com.

Cons: Unexpected cleaning fees of €50 applied to the total price of the booking, while you are actually asked by the host to wash all the dishes, you have used. In addition to throw away your rubbish in the building containers. It would make you wonder what is the cleaning fee for in this case…

Was a great time in Nice. Great apartment to relax after long walks.

Pros: Great apartment. Clean and cozy. Perfect location, close to the restaurant shops and seaside.

Cons: The toilet system doesn’t smell well, but i think this is the problem of the whole building.

Pros: The house is located right in the center of restourants & cafes. You can walk anywhere in Nice. House is really comfortable and clean. Highly recommended…

Lovely small apartment with a great location, expect some noise and some strange furniture placement

Pros: Location is incredible, amenities are great and has everything you need to stay for an extended time.

Cons: Some bugs, some noisy nights from downstairs bars. No airflow in the bedroom that makes it hotter. TV was unmovable and in a weird spot

Pros: Appartement bien décoré, agréable. Bien situé, pour se déplacer à pieds.

Cons: L'appartement est très bien aménagé et situé. Propre et sécurisé. Le gros problème c'est que j'ai eu un bug d internet et de grosses difficultés à visionner le mail reçu par l'établissement. Et la personne de contact que j'ai eu n'était vraiment pas aimable, ni patient.

Pros: Отличное местоположение! Легкое получение ключей! Чистая квартира, комфортная, отличная ванная! Отличный хозяин! Спасибо!

Cons: Внутри дома запах отвратительный, но это не как не влияет на квартиру!

Pros: Apartman je vrlo udoban, čist, odlično opremljen na izuzetnoj lokaciji u strogom centru grada. U samoj ulici ima puno restorana i kafića, na 200 m od obale i šetališta. Za svaku pohvalu.

Cons: Zgrada je stara, ali to nije problem Problem je izuzetno neprijatan miris u zgradi ( sam apartman nije imao taj problem) i hodnik koji nije reprezentativan.
