Nice Renting - 3FRANCE - Luxury & Comfort Suite by the Sea & Terrace

Great location, nice, clean, spacious apartment. Easy key pickup. Very reasonable price.

Pros: Great location, pretty much in the heart of Nice. Super close to the sea — literally just one block away. There are tons of cafés, restaurants, and shops all around, and yet the apartment is in a nice quiet spot. No noise at night whatsoever. The apartment is really spacious. The best part was the shower — it's big and the bathroom in general was great. They have a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook: a coffee maker, a frying pan, a pot, and plates and cutlery for two. The apartment is tidy, everything works as it should, and the double bed is a good size. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. And, all this at a very interesting price)

Cons: Since we only came for a couple of days, it was inconvenient to buy a large pack of tea and sugar for these 2 days. It would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and some sugar in the room. But overall, we are very happy with the apartment.

Pros: The proximity to everything ! The beach is only 5 min walking

Pros: It was in a good location for accessing the beach. The room was a decent size and bathroom well appointed.

Cons: We had a lot of trouble gaining access as the door lock and handle did not appear to operate adequately. Our host was fantastic though and we were able to gain help from our tourists.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro cerca de la playa y de los principales lugares turísticos.

Cons: Mala atención del personal, poco atentos, tendría que tener un elevador, ya que los que viajamos por lo general llevamos valijas, había que subir varias escaleras.

Very good stay with lovely terrace

Pros: The location is awesome: there are many restaurants and shopping area near and it's close to the beach. We really enjoyed the big terrace and lounge chairs to have a morning coffee and relax in the evening.

Cons: A larger bed size would have been nice, but the mattress was good. So overall, we had a good night sleep.

Centralt läge nära stranden med en stor och solig terrass

Pros: Läget låg centralt ett stenkast från stranden, men vette mot en lugnare bakgata. Stället var städigt och terrassen stor och solig, helt superb!

Cons: Lite fler glas kunde önskas, men det är småsaker
