Very nice

Pros: The apartment is exactly like the images, recent renovated and well equipped, located in a very nice area, full of restaurants and bars. It’s also close to the old town, so very easy to commute by public transportation or walking.

Cons: The bed could be more comfortable and charging extra just for not taking out the trash seems a bit unnecessary, to be honest.

Excellent stay and good value for money

Pros: Perfect location with everything available next outside the apartment. Close to beach and public transport.

Cons: Room is bit small, but okay for 2 person. Door lock is a bit tight, but manageable with a bit extra effort.

The best location to stay in Nice. Safe, busy and vibrant. The information the owner gave us were really helpful.

Pros: It was exactly what we needed, the perfect location, a lot of places to eat drink and shop on your foot. Very nice renovation, perfect for a couple.

Cons: It was perfect considering its price, nothing we didn’t like.

Centrum Nicei w świetnym miejscu!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, w samym Centrum Nicei - wszedzie blisko, czy do morza czy do stacji tramwaju, metra, pociągów dalekobieżnych. Pokój zadbany, posiadał działająca klimatyzację, łazienka schludna z zestawem powitalnym. Łatwe wskazówki dojazdu, byliśmy zachwyceni pobytem. Na pewno wrócimy!

Well located room and easy access

Pros: Very centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping mall, main attractions.

Cons: There was some sewage smell (not strong), so we had to open the balcony door during the day to ventilate the room.

Réception de l'appart bien organisée. Facilité de Contact et d'information sur le site et avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Pros: Місце розташування в самому центрі. До моря 150 метрів. Рядом є ресторани та кафе.

Cons: 20м2 не вірна інформація. Обща площа значно менша чим вказана в описанні. Нам було тіснувато в двох.
