Great experience

Pros: We stayed in this apartment for 2 days, and it was a GREAT experience! First and foremost, the apartment itself was nicely equipped and decorated, the design was very unique and eye-catching. It created a cozy and comfy atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised from the very moment we entered it. Secondly, Marie, the host, gave clear instructions on where we could find free-of-charge parking, and responded immediately if we had any questions. Last but not least, the renting cost was not extortionate AT ALL. It was definitely a great value for money. Thanks to Marie, we had a chance to enjoy our stay in Nice as much as we could. 100% recommend this apartment

A nice stay for the money, easy to get around and comfortable with everything necessary

Pros: Great location for the money, easy to go into the city centre and back. The rooms were tidy and clean.

Cons: Could be a bit cleaner, felt like some stuff was overlooked (leftovers in the fridge etc.) but nothing major!!

Pros: The apartment was lovely and ultra-charming (and spacious), and our host was very helpful and friendly. The boardwalk was a very short bus-ride down the street (we would have biked it if we weren't with several children) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice!

Cons: Chambres sous mansarde manquerait une fenêtre.

Appartamento bello ma zona fuori mano.

Pros: L'appartamento accogliente, pulito, ordinato. Arredo ottimo, buona disposizione degli spazi, disponibilità per un check-in anticipato della proprietà.

Cons: Non è stato possibile utilizzare il secondo bagno (doccia) per un guasto comunicato poco prima di entrare in appartamento, ed è stato abbastanza complicata la gestione per così tante persone. La zona e lo stabile dove si trova l'appartamento non ottimale, senza l'auto non è facile raggiungere il centro, mancanza di bar nelle immediate vicinanze.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente organizzato e pulito più che buona la posizione, nonostante la vicinanza a rete ferroviaria risulta essere molto silenzioso.
