Pros: Rapporto qualità prezzo, cucina ben attrezzata, la casa pulita, l'host gentile. Per noi che eravamo a Nizza per vedere una partita di rugby più che sufficiente.

Cons: Rapporto qualità prezzo e poter dormire tutti assieme in 8 persone anche se due hanno dormito in un divano letto scomodo e nella living room (adatto solo a dei bambini non adulti) le altre sei in camere matrimoniali con letto adeguato
