Pros: The apartment is very convenient and comfortable. It was really a good surprise.

Cons: Only the key picking. To make it easier, send the copy of your ID earlier to get the code without waiting. We only lost 10 minutes, but as we were there for only one day, each minute counted.

Pros: Nice apartment with nice jacuzzi. Host is cooperative and replies very fast. The apartment was clean and the balcony was amazing.

Cons: Without a car, it is difficult to collect and drop the keys

Pros: Super mignon. Hôte qui donne toutes les infos nécessaires. Bonne literie. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur et le jacuzzi en prime c'est magnifique.

Bardzo przestronne i wygodne mieszkanie! Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości!

Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, wygodne, przestronne i ładniejsze niż na zdjęciach! Jest w nim winda. W mieszkaniu można zrobić fajny klimat oświetleniem i dobrać je do swoich preferencji. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, łóżko wygodne. Białe ręczniki i pościel które są według mnie wielkim plusem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, która szybko odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania (dziękujemy:)) Mały sklep spożywczy tuż pod domem i kilka piekarni w pobliżu. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości!

Cons: Dzielnica nieciekawa, brudna i głośna a autobus którym się dostaniecie do mieszkania jest zawsze zatłoczony. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo głośno od ulicy nawet przy zamkniętych drzwiach . Hałas czyni siedzenie na tarasie mało przyjemnym

Pros: Private Ferienwohnung in einem Hochhaus. Parkmöglichkeit gleich gegenüber. Kleiner Einkaufsladen im Erdgeschoss nebenan. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Balkon nett eingerichtet.

Cons: Schlüsselübergabe ca. 2 Kilometer entfernt ( Fahrzeit ca. 30-40 Minuten) /Schlüsselrückgabe wie bei Abholung. Man verliert sehr viel Zeit dadurch wegen dem Verkehrschaos in Nizza. Die Fenster und Eingangstüre sind undicht - der Straßenlärm ist sehr laut. Stiegenhaus richt nach Heizöl. WLAN funktionierte nicht-

Cons: Nao tem estacionamento gratuito, mas tem bastantes lugares perto a pagar, não é impeditivo.

Très bien pour un nuit à deux.

Pros: L'appartement est très propre et confortable. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Très cosy!

Cons: L'emplacement ! Vis a vis direct avec des immeubles, trams, camions etc bruit incessant. Malheureusement également c'est un appartement donc on entend les le film des voisins le soir et les pas des gamins du dessus le matin.
