Spacious Riviera Studio

Pros: The studio was absolutely spotless and beautiful and the view was mesmerising 😍😍 No more words needed. And miss V is an an absolute angel of a person check to see if everything was ok and if got in .... Highly recommend

Pros: Excellent apartment, very responsive landlord. Huge balcony, great for romantic evenings and dinners. Good location. The apartment has literally everything, even beach umbrella.

Perfect One Room Appartment

Pros: Very clean room with modern furniture and everything you need. Balcony, washing machine, coffee machine... There are plenty of Boulangeries (bakeries) around. Also the Landlady is very friendly and she helped us with everything we needed.

Cons: Little bit out of the center but a bus line plus tram line takes you directly to the center

Pros: We loved the room, it was clean and the decor of the room was very welcoming. The hostess was absolutely lovely. I left a piece of clothing at the Apartment and she was so accommodating for me to go back and retrieve, even though she had other commitments. Plus the apartment had a iron which was great.

Pros: Tranquillità del quartiere e centralità della zona, molti locali che svolgono l'asporto, varietà di supermercati e panetterie, silenziosità dell'alloggio, grande quantità di prodotti per la cucina e per il bagno, presenza di macchina del caffè con cialde

Cons: Un po' di difficoltà a parcheggiare in base agli orari di arrivo, nonostante una grande quantità di parcheggi in zona.

Pros: Tout est parfait Comme la poesie avec le balcon pendant la nuit qui donne sur vue de petit montage avec un peu lumière , douce nuit .

Pros: Всё очень чисто, уютно, удобная кровать. Отличный район, рядом магазины, небольшие кафе. В квартире есть буквально всё для комфортного проживания. Общение с хозяйкой было приятным, отдельное спасибо за то, что разрешили заселиться намного раньше заявленного времени.

Pros: This studio apartment is clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The bed is comfortable, the place is quiet, and the mini green space on the balcony is delightful — perfect for sitting with a cuppa. The location is very convenient, close to the promenade and within easy reach of shops, cafés, and the sights of Nice. Great value for money! The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with amenities for every kind of traveler — yes, even a toothpick 😄 and disposable slippers! I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Pros: O apartamento está muito bem composto. A cama confortável e tudo limpo. A senhora Veronika muito simpática e atenciosa. Os explicações sobre a chegada eram muito bem detalhadas.

Pros: Бдагодаря этому прекрасному жилью, отдых у нас получился феерический! Мы счастливы! Мы в восторге от всего - прекрасная душевая ( в наличие было все необходимое), светлые, уютные аппартаменты, комфортная кухня со всем необходимым оборудованием, достаточное количество посуды, кофемашина, которую заботливо оснастили капсулами, чайник с чайными пакетиками, большой, удобный стол, телевизор, кондиционер ( без него не было жизни), сушилка для белья. Расположение очень удобное, в ста метрах от дома остановка автобуса, который курсирует достаточно часто. Проехав несколько остановок и мы уже на пляже. Магазин в пешей доступности. А самая любимая часть - это огромный балкон, на котором проводили тёплые вечера. Очень рекомендуем обратить внимание на этот объект проживания и вы не будете разочарованы. Мы в восторге и низкий поклон за такую заботу!! Спасибо!!
