Villa Elisabeth

Pros: It is a well equipped apartment which is actually an addition to the main house. It has a lovely outdoor space as well as very pleasant conservatory-like space in the front where we enjoyed our morning coffee on 2 chilly mornings. The bathroom is awesome with a huge showerhead as well as side showers. There is plenty of storage space. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The hosts are very pleasant though almost invisible. The entire neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.

Cons: The bed is pretty uncomfortable. We found the mattress too thin and the bed frame is made of iron so the bed is super squeaky. in addition, there is very little room on either side of the bed so we had to get in from the front, which might be ok for young people but since we are in our 50s, we found getting in and out of bed a bit problematic.

Pros: It was a really good stay, clean, quiet and nice, the hosts were very helpful and kind, totally worth it comparing to other apartments in Nice

Pros: Logement est propre, fonctionnel. Le calme est au rendez-vous. La terrasse est spacieuse avec chaises longues!! Proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour aller à la plage

Aangenaam verblijf!

Pros: De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars en het huisje zelf. Mits het huisje bij de eigenaars in de tuin was, was er voldoende privacy.

Cons: De locatie was minder, er was ook geen gratis parking dichtbij maar uiteindelijk viel het wel goed mee.

A szállás pazar de az elhelyezkedés nem jó.

Pros: A szállás szép, tiszta és modern. A tulajok még kávét, teát és hűtött vizet is bekészítettek!

Cons: Nagyon nehezen lehet leparkolni, messze van a belvárostól nagyon és a tömegközlekedés sem jó. A környék nem valami barátságos.

Muy buena! Nos volveriamis a quedar seguro!!

Pros: Muy buena! Todo impecable, cocina completa y baño muy bueno. Ideal para dos personas, nosotras eramks dos amigas y nos quedo perfecto! para mas quedaria un poco chico capaz. Los dueños un amor!

Cons: Queda un poco lejos del centro de Niza, no es para ir y volver muchas veces en un dia. Igual hay un bondi que te deja a tres cuadras de la casa y tiene bastante frecuencia. Nosotras saliamos a la mañana, volviamos a la noche y de ahi capaz volviamos a salir. A la noche puede ser un poco oscura la zona pero no es nada grave.

Top Unterkunft für ein Pärchen.

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft ist perfekt für ein Pärchen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und wir würden wieder kommen.

Pros: Nous avons tout aimé : le logement et ses extérieurs. Le calme avec différents transports à proximité, la réactivité de nos hôtes, leur chien complètement craquant, la gentillesse des voisins ... sans oublir la piscine bien sûr. Je tiens à préciser que le canapé lit est très confortable

Pros: E stato bellissimo! Davvero grazie mille, speriamo si di rivederci la prossima volta se dovessimo tornare a Nizza sicuramente sceglieremo voi!
