Pros: The Location of the apartment is amazing really close to the beach and The tram The apartment is so clean and so fully equipped and super organized and has air conditioning which is really needed in Nice

Overall great apartment for low price in great location

Pros: The apartament was clean and tidy. There were enough towels and sheets. The location is perfect, 2min to tram station and 5 minutes to the beach. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. New tv with netflix, youtube, prime etc. Intermarché is in the same building. Also the host is really nice and helpful.

Cons: The neighbourhood is a bit loud.

The room was spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to easily reach local beach, restaurants, and shops.

I liked the apartment and the owner, they were very nice and supportive. We enjoyed our four-day stay.

Pros: Fantastic location with excellent connectivity to the airport and city center. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor.

Pros: Very good location. Nice newly furnished apartment close to Magnan beach. Supermarket in the building, tram station is 2 mins walk with direct connection to Nice airport.

Pros: sehr komfortable und saubere Apartments. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, Bügeleisen, Föhn und sogar einen Staubsauger, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Strand und das Geschäft sind in der Nähe, gemütliche Terrasse. uns hat alles gefallen!
