Really recommended

Pros: This is a very comfortable studio apartment, perfect for one or two people. It is modern, clean, well equipped for 2-3 people. We only found the hotplate at the end - it is under the sink. The shower was very pleasant with plenty of hot water. The WiFi was fast. The host was extremely kind and helpful and let us check in early. It is a bit far from the centre of old Nice but the 6 bus runs frequently just near the house and it is an easy 20 minute walk along the promenade. There are plenty of food shops around.

Cons: It would be good to have more wall plugs in the room for recharging phones, laptops, tablets etc! It might be a little crowded for 3 people. Not the hotel's fault, but all the art museums in Nice were closed during our visit, except for the Chagall and that was packed with a long wait to enter.

Cozy house

Pros: The location is good, have bus stop nearby, and around 10 minutes to the beach. And it's ground floor!

Cons: No hair dryer and washing machine. But have selfservice laundry in the area, can reach by bus.

Příjemné a čisté ubytování v dojezdové vzdálenosti do centra města.

Pros: Jedná se o velmi příjemné ubytování v dojezdové vzdálenosti od centra města (autobusy jezdí každých deset minut). Ocenili jsme slušně vybavenou kuchyňku v bytě, jakož i žehlící prkno s žehličkou. Apartmá je prakticky řešené a čisté.

Cons: Okolí/čtvrť nemusí působit vlídně, v noci byl občas hluk.

Pros: Apartament czysty, przytulny. Lokalizacja dobra. W pobliżu autobus z dojazdem na plażę, który jeździ co 10 minut.

Cons: Brakowało mi czajnika. Minus za sąsiada, który codziennie 4 rano wychodził i strasznie trzaskał drzwiami robiąc nam pobudkę.

Confortável

Pros: Tudo super limpinho e organizado. Contém portáteis necessários para uma viagem, (ferro de passar roupa, secador de cabelo), secador para toalhas, uma mini cozinha equipada, com pratos, copos e talheres. O proprietário facilitou muito a entrega da chave. 5 estrelas, nada a reclamar.

Reposant et agréable

Pros: Nous étions 3 et avons toutes les 3 beaucoup apprécié le calme, la literie, un studio fonctionnel et agréable.

Cons: Absolument rien

Pros: Nagyon gördülékeny volt a szállás átvétele, és az egész folyamat. Kellemes, modern szoba, helyi busszal alig 9 percre a 2-es villamosvonaltól, ami a város gerincét adja, és minden elérhető, mindezt megfizethető áron.

Limpo, agradável e funcional

Pros: Relação qualidade preço, kitchnet e com paragem de autocarro perto (autocarros com frequência)

Pros: Check-in e check-out molto semplici. Camera pulita e provvista del necessario per cucinare. Zona abbastanza silenziosa, fermate dell'autobus facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Cons: Stando a chi abita nella via, non vi si può parcheggiare, perché strada privata. Avrei certamente gradito se me lo avessero comunicato con un biglietto, invece che strappandomi il tergicristalli posteriore dell'auto.

Agréable séjour.

Pros: L’appartement était très propre et représenté exactement se qui était prévu sur les photos.
