Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment close to the Promenade in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and food shops close by. Easy access from airport and to all Nice's attractions on foot or by bus or tram. Friendly helpful hosts who met us on arrival and answered all questions.

Pros: Primary location. Host was great - punctual, friendly and available. Clean & comfy (except pillows).

Cons: I need a very firm pillow. There were only 2 available and they were terrible. The AC didn’t work. The TV needs instructions.

Excellent location and spacious, well-equipped studio

Pros: Excellent location and spacious, well-equipped studio We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this studio in Nice. The location is perfect - just 100-200 meters from the boulevard, close enough to everything yet remarkably quiet. The area is well-connected with great access to local shortcuts, making it easy to explore the city. The studio itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic - communication was quick, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. When an unexpected water outage affected the building for three days (completely beyond the host's control), they were incredibly responsive and generous in helping us manage the situation. This really demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this studio to others. It's a great base for exploring Nice, and the host's attentiveness makes for a stress-free stay.

Cons: One minor point: the induction cooktop is designed for two pans, but the size only allows one pan at a time, which was slightly inconvenient since we chose a place with a kitchen specifically to cook our meals.

Pros: Было все супер , отличная локализация! Очень милая хозяйка впустила даже раньше заезда , без проблем к ней можно было общаться по каждому вопросу. Чуть старенькая кухня , а так все очень уютно и по домашнему 🤗вернемся еще

Silenzioso appartamento funzionale e centrale per 2 persone

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionante per due persone. Arredato in modo essenziale e molto pratico: non manca niente! L'affaccio sul giardino interno garantisce un silenzio impensabile al centro di Nizza. Sul balcone interno puoi sentire gli uccellini cinguettare. A pochi passi si trova la spiaggia ed i mezzi di trasporto. Una vacanza stupenda, spero di poter tornare ✨
