Worth to visit

Pros: Perfect localization, next to seaside and walking zone

Cons: One room as sleeping room, kitchen and leaving room is really tricky

Pros: The location is a real geographical jackpot. The appartment is clean, bright and lovely. We got very nice customer care service as if we stayed in 5 star hotel. Maria is a nice host and was always in touch. We liked Ruhl plage near the appartment. Will for sure return!

Cons: There was not anything we did not like. Our stay was just splendid.

Fint boende i historiskt hus i centrum o jättenära stranden

Pros: Bostaden ligger jätte bra beläget nära stranden, staden, butiker, bagerier osv. Fin byggnad o bostaden känns rymlig. AC:n funkade bra. Vi stortrivdes!

Cons: Första natten hördes det väldigt mycket oväsen från gatan men detta upprepades inte de andra nätterna.

Love it here!

Pros: I stayed here with my friends for couple days. The apartment is in the good location. Not far from supermarkets and not so loud at night. Also easy to go to the city center. Facility and furniture are great! We got contact from staff who take care of the flat before arriving to get the key. The owner and staff are very nice and approachable. I highly recommend if you looking for a flat in Nice!

Cons: There is no elevator. But the room is at the first floor so it’s not hard to move luggages.

La miglior scelta di alloggio che potessi fare

Pros: Assolutamente tutto! Non mancava nulla e si stava benissimo. Posizione ottima per la spiaggia, i negozi, i locali, i giri turistici. Appartamento confortevole, ben organizzato, pulito, completo di tutto. La host è stata molto disponibile, abbiamo trovato traffico per strada e ci ha aspettati, ci ha dato indicazioni precise ed è rimasta a disposizione in caso di necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Excelente localização

Pros: Localização perto da praia Comodidades muito perto (supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes) Disponibilizaram chapéu de sol, cadeira de praia, esteiras para a praia, toalhas de praia Ar condicionado 15’ a pé da estação de comboio que faz a ligação a Cannes, Mónaco, Èze e muito mais destinos

Cons: O prédio por vezes cheirava a lixo quando entrávamos mas dentro de casa não se sentia nada

Pros: Otroligt bra läge om man vill bo centralt. Nära till stranden, nära till restaurangerna. Men ändå ett lugnt läge. Bra med AC på rummet. Smidigt med att de fanns badhanddukar utöver vanliga handdukar till stranden.
