Appartement Nice Palais de la Méditerranée

Pros: The apartment was in a large well-maintained and attractive development in a very central location.

Cons: The air-conditioning did not function. In late October this was not a big problem.

Pros: The location was amazing. It was a practical apartment in a nice building complex. It was enjoyable to sit on the balcony.

Cons: The AC was totally inefficient. While the temperature outside was soaring up to 35 degrees, the inside was around 30 degrees. We could barely sleep at night, sweating all the time. And we could not open the windows as the noise outside was too loud being on the 1st floor in a busy area. In addition, mosquitos bites made it worse at night.

Pros: Great location. Be prepared for noise during the night from the bars:) Nice design and a cozy terrace. All you need to cook is at the kitchen.

Cons: There was not enough hand soap and toilet paper as well as dishwasher tablets.

Great stay close to everything you need in a clean modern building

Pros: Location terrific. On a busy street with access to many shops and restaurants but not too noisy - except New Years! Modern building with good security, easy accessibility.

Pros: L’emplacement, la grandeur de l’appartement, les équipements.

Cons: La literie et le confort du lit. Oreillers pourraient être plus grandes et confortables.

Sjajna lokacija, odličan stan

Pros: Izuzetna lokacija, sve je blizu i zgodno, obilasci znamenitosti, restorani, kafići. Sama zgrada je veoma uredjena kao i dvoriste oko zgrade, vrlo je bezbedno i komforno. Stan je prostran, kreveti udobni, kuhinja moderna i kompletno opremljena. Stan ima dve terase na kojima moze lepo da se relaxira i uziva. Veoma preporučujemo i porodicama i parovima. Sigurno ćete uživati. Oko stana tj zgrade ima fenomenalnih mesta za doručak ili kafu. Domaćin odličan!

Cons: Nemam ništa što bih izdvojio, sve je bilo dobro.

Cons: Behem ubytovani nefungovaly v obyvaku, kde spaly deti, venkovni zaluzie, pritom ulice je dost hlucna Meli jsme problemy s dostatkem teple vody ve sprse, ale to nam majitelka pomohla vyresit

Pros: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es kann alles zu Fuss erreicht werden

Cons: An einem Tag hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser und konnten nicht Duschen

Pros: Excellent location. Well appointed. Photos are accurate. Comfortable. Owner very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Cons: No oven which is not uncommon in our experience in Nice. Not an issue for a short stay but we were there for a month so missed having one but we knew this ahead of time and it did not affect our visit.
