Pros: I've visited Nice before, but this time is the most enjoyable. The apartment boasts a fantastic location, making it convenient to reach from the airport or Nice train station. My family stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! I found it to be clean with well-equipped facilities. I highly recommend this apartment for your trip with friends and family.

Pros: The apartment was light, airy, modern and very clean. It is on the second floor of a Belle Époque style building (no lift). It is very well equipped with modern appliances. The bathroom was lovely and the shower excellent. The double bedrooms were at the back and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is in an excellent location, a few minutes to the beach (which is pebbly) and close to many restaurants and shops. Within walking distance of Old Nice and the railway station. It was not noisy but some street noise if the windows were open. It was easy to gain access via the given door codes. I rang Selma a couple of times and she could not have been more helpful. A fantastic find!

Cons: We thought it would have been useful to have had some information about the area although The Tourist Office on the beachfront was nearby. Very helpful staff. Maybe a visitors’ book where people could leave comments and recommendations for places to visit, museums, bars and restaurants. A few magazines or a guide book would perhaps have given the lounge a more homely feel. A welcome pack would have been appreciated too, milk, bread and butter etc. Scanning the QR code was useful although we couldn’t find instructions for the tv, the dishwasher or the hob or oven.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Nice près du parking Palais Méditerranée, très agréable pour 4 personnes et belle décoration

Cons: Logement ancien donc quelques soucis d'insonorisation

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement Soleil de la Buffa. Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Fotos. Man kann von hier aus Nizza sehr gut zu Fuss erkunden und es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung!

Cons: Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, man hört sehr gut, wenn sich die Nachbarn in der Wohnung drüber bewegen! Von draußen und dem Restaurant im Untergeschoss hört man allerdings nichts, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind!

Great time in Nice

Pros: I really loved the house and it felt like home. It was more spacious and lovely than we expected. The two bedrooms were perfect for three people and the beds were comfortable. We could get free detergents, coffee, and dental kits we could use during our stay. It's only 5-10mins walk to the beach and close to everywhere. There are great restaurants and bakeries nearby. I really enjoyed a morning walk to the beach everyday. He was so helpful from booking the house to checking out! We were struggling with our luggages but his friend came to help us unload the luggages. We could enjoy our trip thanks to him and his friend! I'll definitely comeback!! 🥹 주방이 넓어서 음식도 해먹을 수 있고 집 인테리어도 너무 예뻐요. 해변이랑도 가깝고 주번 분위기도 좋아서 강력 추천합니다! 🥰

It was a wonderful ending to our trip in France, and to celebrate my birthday before we left :)
