Pros: Great position to get everything and go everywhere but quiet once in the building. Lovely garden surrounds Well equipped in general, and the terrace was wonderful. P
Cons: It is publicised as a two bedroom flat but really it is one bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. This did not spoil it for us, and it was quick and easy to use. A minor point, but we could not buy suitable coffee pods for the machine. Would have preferred a cafeteria

Overall, very satisfactory. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Pros: The location is outstanding, only metres from all the cafes and shops in Nice. Only 200 metres to the beach.
Cons: Slight smell from drains.

Perfect location for a weeks holiday in Nice!
Pros: Great location with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Second entrance straight onto the coast road and beaches. Once inside the apartment it was quiet, clean and had everything you would need for a wonderful stay including a large terrace with separate seating areas and a table for four. It felt very safe and homely. Angelo was great and contacted me the day before to introduce himself and arranged to meet us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know once we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: There is only an inner courtyard view, however we were so close to everything, which made going out and about so easy, that we barely noticed.

Perfektes Apartment für einen entspannten Aufenthalt
Pros: Zentrale Lage und trotzdem absolut ruhig, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, absolut sauber und gepflegt , gemütliche Atmosphäre, perfekte Organisation: der Manager Angelo kümmert sich um jedes Anliegen! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Calm oasis between beach and city life.
Pros: Conveniently located, just a block from the beach. Close to a lot of restaurants and the bustle of the city, yet the apartment was facing a quiet inner court yard. Nice balcony. Kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: The central air condition was not working. Mobile air conditioning units were provided as a temporary fix, but had not been properly set up when we arrived. However, Angelo put it all quickly into working order once we let him know.

Pros: Great location, 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. Less then a minute from restaurants abed outdoor activities. Angelo was fantastic. Very responsive abd timely. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for a great stay.
Cons: AC was not working, however, it was cool inn three evenings and we slept with the balcony doors open.

Städtetripp mit absoluter Top Lage in Nizza
Pros: Die Lage ist absolut Top! Alles Wichtige war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Reataurants, Strand, Promenade, Autoverleih, Nachtleben, Einkaufen! Dennoch war die Anlage / Wohnung absolut ruhig! Sehr sicher, da Zutritt zur Anlage nur mit Schlüssel! Durch einen direkten Zugang zur Promenade war da der Weg nur 2 Minuten! Die Küche war optimal eingerichtet! Es fehle wirklich an nichts und alles neu und sauber. Angelo war ein perfekter Ansprechpartner vor Ort!
Cons: rein Nichts!

Merci la vie pour ce bel appartement ensoleillé et bien situé.
Pros: La location, les installations, meubles modernes, douche plein pied, lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée, terrasse très grande et ensoleillée, calme malgré la proximité de rues passantes.
Cons: Les bruits de construction dans l’appartement voisin et la terrasse voisine.
