Lovely apartment away from the madding crowds
Pros: We were met and shown to the apartment after parking our car. We should have paid more attention to where we were going though. The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Situated in a residential area of Nice away from the main drag. This was fine for us as we had our car with us. Lovely view from the balcony and you could actually see the sea. We didn’t use the swimming pool but did have dinner at the restaurant on arrival, the food was good with limited choice. Very welcoming host and everyone we met was very helpful. The only thing I would point out is there was renovations taking place in one of the other apartments. The noise got a bit tedious but if you rent in a residential area then you expect some day-to-day living noise. Some local area knowledge would have been helpful. It took us awhile to find the little shop and bakers which was a couple of streets from the apartment. So a map with points like this marked would be helpful for other guests.
Cons: We got lost a few times in the garage as it is like a maze, but we found our way in the end. Note to self - take more attention of the directions on arrival.

Für einen Urlaub mit 2 Personen absolut perfekt! Wir kommen wieder.
Pros: Super ausgestattet Wohnung, gute Klimaanlage ruhige Lage in einem bewachten Wohnpark. Sehr, sehr saubere Poollandschaft. kostenloser Stellplatz. Das Haus ist aus den 70er Jahren, aber sehr gut erhalten und sauber. Nostalgie pur. Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Nachfragen in kürzester Zeit! Sehr gut!
Cons: Gibt nichts negatives. Nothing negative. Rien de négatif.

Short pleasant adventurous experience
Pros: The balcony view was superb, reliable/kind/helpful security guards, quiet neighbourhood, fully furnished kitchennette/facilities, spacious living room, complementary goods and a kind manager. Also, the location on the 1st floor is extemely convient and close access to bustop.
Cons: The AC remote controller couldnt select the cooling function and also the washing machine buttons was mostly in French (couldn't translate) to English. It would be helpful if some form of instructions sheet to use it (i., house rules, instructions to use machine, grabage disposal/separation of garbage, public transport access/stops, etc) especially for first-timers in Nice.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable, wide open with lots of light. It provided everything you need, from Coffee Machine,Toaster to Water heater. Lots of dish wear to choose from. A complete kitchen to cook full meals. The apartment was overall clean. The bedroom was comfortable, with extra pillows . No loud neighbors it was nice and quiet. The Balcony was the cherry on top my favorite spot all week, the view was fantastic. Free TV , Free Wifi The owner was super friendly and easy to talk to. Bus 61 will bring you back and forth, every 20 Minutes. We had a fantastic week, a fantastic stay and fantastic memories ! Thank you so very much ❤️
Cons: You have to pay extra to use the pool. 50€ per week per person.

Nice , the place to be
Pros: Alle comfort van thuis, heerlijke plek op de berg, voor ons persoonlijk ideaal omdat het iets verderaf is van het toeristische drukke stuk van nice , hou er rekening mee dat te voet het centrum zo'n 10 km stappen is , heerlijk zwembad aan de residentie, vriendelijke dame die ons heeft ontvangen, rustige plek, de airco was een big win met temperaturen tussen de 30 en 35 graden buiten. De keuken zorgde ervoor dat je net zoals thuis met alle gemak koken kan , heerlijk bad in de badkamer, kortom een heerlijke plaats om te vertoeven als je in nice op reis bent!
