we came for a long weekend, the apartment met our expectations very much! recommend!

Pros: lovely terrace and view spacious apartment key instructions were super clear

Pros: Great spot in Nice and very secure accommodation. Has cool views of the town and large balcony

Cons: Not a lot of supplies available for our stay eg. Coffee pods, shampoo, bath wash and toilet paper but we managed and bought extra toilet paper

Lovely apartment, comfortable, safe and secure.

Pros: Great location, apartment had all we needed. Safe and secure.

Cons: Nothing. There was just an unexpected non-refundable payment of €56 prior to stating for any repairs/breakages etc. I didn’t expect this.

Stress free stay

Pros: Beautiful view from the balcony. I could have spent hours watching the sky changing. The apartment is true to the photos. Very close to the beach with great restaurants close by

Christmas Vacation

Pros: We liked the location, nice & bright view from the living room, clean kitchen, silent environment, and good shower. The apartment helped us to enjoy Nice more.

Palais du Mediterranean

Pros: I liked the location, the view was amazing, the refurbished bathroom was a nice surprise.

Cons: Bits and pieces nothing to complain about.

Loved every minute of our stay in Nice and the property felt just like home!

Pros: The property is in a brilliant location. You are literally a stone throw from the town centre, beach and access to loads of amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. The train station is only a short walk away and had direct routes to Monaco, Cannes etc. The property is also very quiet, and given the location this is a major plus.

A great base for a stay in Nice

Pros: The location was excellent. Promenade and beach clubs very nearby, lots of restaurants nearby, main train station 15 min walk away, 20 min taxi to the airport. The apartment was clean and bright. The apartment is set back from the main street in a gated apartment block so was nice and quiet at night. Felt very safe.

Cons: Shower had no hot water in the evenings. Only one set of keys. On arrival the apartment was net set up for three, e.g sofa bed was not made and no linen or towel was left out for the third person. Given we arrived at midnight and booked for three this was a pain. Additionally, on arrival we were yelled at by a neighbour at the lift who claimed no rentals are permitted in the building which was very uncomfortable for us. Luckily, we did not see this neighbour again during our stay.

Pros: The location of the property is very good. Comfy living and bedroom. The smart TV is a plus and has NETFLIX and other options such as YOUTUBE. You get an awesome view of Nice especially at night. The balcony opens to a beautiful garden surrounded by other apartments. The property is also very close to the beach and other major attractions. Also good restaurants and boulangeries are very close, which is again a plus point.

Cons: Those the building is very secure, but getting into the building can a bit of a hassle. I would recommend the managing company of the apartment to send some one to the property with the guest for the very first time. We had to struggle a bit to find the apartment that too when we were carrying luggage with us.

Pros: Everything was great. We really enjoyed this apartment and I would definitely recommend it to other, has everything you need, the front exit comes out right next to the Hyatt across the beach. It is kocated with many shops around and is very easy to walk to all the sites in Nice.

Cons: - Hot water in the shower is an issue. Even though we changed the timer, we only got hot water in the mornings. Very hard when you need to shower at a time besides the morning. - Check-in being at a different location but we were aware of this. - They close for lunch so if you arrive at a certain time, you turned away. They did let us leave our bags though.
