Very good apartment. Excellent location

Pros: Location is perfect! Close to everything, restaurants, bars, Beach and public transportation. The apartment was clean and had all the appliances we needed for our stay.

Cons: The air conditioner didn't reach the bedroom and bathroom in the top, which were very hot and it was difficult to sleep. The coffee machine was leaking water.

Perfekt bas för att se sig om i stan och utefter kusten.

Pros: Perfekt läge, nära både järnvägsstation och stranden. Vacker utsikt över Place Massena. Väl utrustat för enklare måltider. Bra planlösning med sov- och badrumsloft.

Cons: Takhöjden på loftet (knappt 180 cm till takbjälken). Men man lär sig att böja på nacken efter att ha slagit i några gånger.

Pros: Appartement confortable (notamment la literie, aussi bien du lit double que du canapé lit), bien équipé, très clair avec vue dégagé jusqu'aux collines. Très bien situé au centre de Nice, à proximité de la gare (15 mn à pied), des transports publics (tramway), des commerces (Monoprix sur la place Massena, en face de l'appartement), des restaurants (notamment dans rue piétonne partant de la place), et de la mer (5mn à pied) ). Hôtes réactifs. Très bonne connexion Wi-Fi.

Cons: La place Masséna est un peu bruyante le soir (surtout le week-end) - musiciens , animation ; même si le vitrage est bon, on entend dans l'appartement. Prévoir des bouchons à oreilles pour les couche-tôt au sommeil léger. Petit détail : le jeu de clé ne donne pas accès au local des poubelles ; on est obligé de descendre la poubelle dans la rue.
