La Coquette - Sea View - Parking - AC - Pool

Pros: Nicky, the owner who was waiting at the entrance of the accommodation, was very kind, even though we were about half an hour late to rent a car at the airport and set up the accommodation. The accommodation was located on a little hill, so it provided a view of Nice and sea far away, and I was worried that the bed was a sofa bed, but it was more comfortable than I thought.

Pros: My wife and me spent a nice time in this property from 14/05/23 - 19/05/23. The apartment had everything you need with a nice view from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly and did not cause any problems that we were late on the day of check-out :) The owner was on the phone all the time and offered help :)

Pros: Schöne und sehr sonnige Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderschönes Panorama.

Cons: Luftabsaugung im Zimmer ? Kann ein bisschen stören beim einschlafen. Sonst alles TIP TOP. Empfehle gerne.

Pros: La amabilidad de Nicky, que lo explicó todo con detalle perfectamente. La ubicación, una vez se ha llegado, magnífica; las vistas desde la terraza una maravilla, toda Niza y el mar al fondo. Menaje de cocina y electrodomésticos los que se pudiera necesitar, había, todo muy limpio y ordenado. La piscina que, aún pequeña, genial para dos personas, porque nunca había nadie más.

Cons: Para gente que vaya sin coche, hay una cuesta enorme que subir hasta llegar al apartamento. Lo de que hay playa... bueno, en Niza hay playa, pero del apartamento queda a más de 5 km. O en coche y pagando parking, o andando y en tranvia, que se tarda bastante. Vamos, no pudimos ir a la playa, nos quedamos en la piscina. Y la cama realmente es sofá-cama, no es la misma comodidad. Nada como para no ir, pero que se sepa.

Ottima permanenza, ideale per brevi soggiorni

Pros: Struttura accogliente con posto auto e con una piscina ad uso esclusivo (consiglierei di mettere delle sdraio per prendere il sole). L’appartamento era al secondo piano e godeva di una vista bellissima sia di giorno che di sera. C’era un divano letto, una piccola cucina ma dotata di tutto (pentole stoviglie, forno frigo e freezer) anche il bagno era completo di tutto. L’aria condizionata è stata molto utile durante l’ondata di caldo del ferragosto. Il terrazzo ci è piaciuto tantissimo. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile con noi e molto accogliente.

Cons: Migliorerei la pulizia della cucina e delle stoviglie, il divano letto non era proprio comodo e cigolava e i cuscini erano un po’ scomodi. Vi era un rumore perenne dato dalla VMC ma a noi non ha disturbato tantissimo. In generale consiglierei una pulizia più approfondita di tutto l’ambiente.

Pros: Appartement idéalement situé à Nice, à proximité des principaux lieux à visiter et des transports. Les équipements sont très complets, tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable et confortable. L’hôte est très accueillant et prend le temps d’expliquer en détail comment se déplacer dans la ville et découvrir les meilleurs endroits. Une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement !

Miejsce dobre na nocleg i zwiedzanie Nicei.

Pros: Pokój z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką, położony na drugim piętrze (o ile dobrze pamiętam) z balkonem i super widokiem na Nice. Nieco oddalony od centrum ale z bardzo dobrą komunikacją (przystanek Tram 10 min piechotą). Dostępne miejsce parkingowe i niewielki basen który pozwalał schłodzić się i zrelaksować po całym dniu zwiedzania Nicei. Sprawna klimatyzacja która jest nieoceniona w cieplejsze dni. Wyposażenie kompletne czyli pralka, żelazko itp z których my akurat nie mieliśmy potrzeby korzystać poza lodówką. Bardzo miła właścicielka. Polecam

Cons: Oczywiście są pewne minusy które można by poprawić: skrzypiące sprężynowe łóżko, ciągle działający wentylator którego nie można było wyłączyć (zapewne ze względu na przepisy w budynku).

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Blick über Nizza

Pros: Das Appartement hat einen schönen Ausblick über Nizza. Die Ausstattung ist top mit Küchenzeile, Backofen und sogar Geschirrspülmaschine. Auch an Pool Handtücher wurde gedacht. Die Schlaf Couch ist okay. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Nicky ist einer super Vermieterin und kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Mieter. Sie ist immer zur Stelle und sehr freundlich.

Cons: Der Parkplatz ist sehr abschüssig. Man muss mit dem Auto sehr aufpassen, damit es nicht wegrollt.

Ihana asunto upeilla näkymillä.

Pros: Asunto oli pieni, mutta todella siisti ja todella hyvin varusteltu. Asunnossa oli iso terassi, josta oli hienot näkymät ja jossa oli kiva nauttia esimerkiksi aamiaista. Asunto oli myös todella rauhallinen , joten sen ja ilmastoinnin ansiosta sain nukuttua todella hyvin. Taloyhtiössä oli myös oma uima-allas, jonne pystyi menemään uimaan milloin vain. Omistaja oli todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Hänen kanssa kommunikaatio sujui todella hyvin.

Cons: Asunto sijaitsee aika korkealla rinteellä ja kuumalla ilmalla sinne kipuaminen oli aika raskasta. Ihan asunnon lähelle meni kyllä bussi, joka auttoi, jos se sattui kohdalle (ei kulkenut ihan hirveän usein).
